Did I Mislead You

You are incurable
There is nothing for it
Healing from this will last my entire lifetime 
I have no way of knowing your thoughts
No way of knowing, 
If you have ever dreamt of my face
Imagined my presence?

Then my soul says something soundly
It speaks to me,
About wisdom I neglected 
For I realize..

If we were meant to be
Your soul would too,
Reach for me
