We Miss You

We miss you so much but can't tell you so
We known when God called you had to go
But that doesn't ease the tears that flow
You inspired me more than you'll ever know
I wish I had took the time to tell you though
I'm glad you knew I loved you from the actions I'd show
Missing you hurts so much and it only seems to grow
So your Mom must feel like a light with no glow
Every time I think about it my anger starts to row
But then I remember God sits high and he looks low
So the cowards who killed you will reap what they sew

You'Re a Special Person

You're a special person in every way
Tell yourself that every day
You're special because of the price Jesus was willing to pay
When he died to wash our sins away
So remember you're special in every way
Live life to please God instead of what mankind has to say
Also remember to repent your sins throughout the day
Because none of us are here to stay
So enjoy today; love, sing, dance, and play
And remember you're special because God made you that way

Sometimes the Worst

Sometimes the worst brings out the best in us
If we accept our insecurities
Confidence will shine like the moon each night
If we acknowledge our pain
Strength will drench us like a heavy rain
If we battle our struggles
Victory will cover us like clouds does the sun before a storm
If we face our fears
Courage will bring down mountains and hills
If we release our tears
Joy will fill our heart and soul
If we nurture God's love
It will warm our spirits like nothing else can
If we redirect our resentment of the offender
Good memories only of our dead love one's will remain
Because they are gone and that's something we can't change
But we can have a happy moment every time we think of them
If we embrace past memories to replace present pain
