Elusive Love

Why can't it be found
Love! Stop eluding me.

Love is giving, caring, kind, patient, selfless...but why is it so elusive?
Am I not giving enough? Caring enough?
Am I not kind enough? Patient enough?
Do I not live a selfless life?

How much should one compromise?
How much does one sacrifice
How much more pain should one endure
Before it is said that love is found?

Where does one look for love?
And in whom will love be found?
How does one determine when love is truly found?

How worthy am I,
How worthy are you, to be loved?
Can this thing called L O V E be found?

Be Well

When you are ailing
So Am I

When you are weak
So Am I

Your bright eyes become dull
Your cheerful face, sadden from feeling illness
You slump in the bed, curled in a ball.
No energy to walk, talk not even to crawl.

But taking care of you is all I live to do.
I'll 'nurse' in your illness, as you are too weak to move.

Be well my sweetheart
Be strong again
I pray that your ailing feeling with dissipate
Leaving me time to celebrate you, and your health

All is well when you are happy and full of life again.

Aura

Your beauty shines through me
The aura of your beauty flows around me

Your beauty emits sweetness in the air
So refreshing, so alluring
Leaving me high with this sweet fragrance

Your beauty attracts others
Luring them
Enticing them
Tempting them
Enveloping them

Your beauty shine like the midday sun
With bright radiant beams
Leaving my eyes blinded by this illumination

That beautiful you.

Flying High

Tears raining down my face
Heart, breaking, aching
Loud deafening sounds of her silent voice,
No longer to be heard...
Still, I will hold on to those wonderful memories we shared,
Those memories floating in my heart and soul never to be forgotten.

Fly away my sweet darling mother (aka) Momzel
Be free as the birds in the sky...birds that you love beyond measure
Soar high, so high, fly with them, and feel the wind under your wings.
Be free, be at peace...
Always and forever!

Sisterhood

Today, I celebrate my Best Friend Forever (BFF).
You are a true woman of God
Who knows the true meaning of friendship
Thank God for you and for your friendship
We share a sisterhood that is divinely created.

Blessings on you today.

Beauty In Nature

When I am having anxious thoughts
I look at the beauty around me
And breathe a sigh of relief
Because I know life is full of beautiful things
And all my worries are unnecessary.

Celebrating

Today, I celebrate me,
Happy joyful and
full of glee.

Blue Monday

Raining,
Damp,
Cool,
No sunlight,
True, blue Monday

Daddy's Little Girl

So tiny, and so small
He held her gently for the first time in his strong arms
Carrying her along with his arm, her feeble, frail body, resting comfortably on his outstretched arm, taking her safely to and fro
everyone looking in amazement, thinking won't she fall from traveling on his outstretched arm. But without a doubt, she was as safe as a baby kangaroo in its mother's pouch.

As days and months pass, she grew bigger and riding on his outstretched arm ended. Daddy's shoulders took his angel around while she beamed with joy traveling high above the ground, discovering the world. Mommy had no worries now about their regular trips because the safe shoulders of daddy were there to assist.

Growing through the stages, he watched over her, smiling at every turn, making sure to guide as she learned curiously about the world. She was captivated by all the activities, the sounds, sights, smell, and taste. But he witnessed every move so closely, sharpening his understanding of a new life being shaped through his influence.

Watching daddy play with his angel, brings a mother joy
She knows the bond that is being formed is everlasting and true.
She knows, there is no love like a father's love, and the valuable lesson she will learn spending time with her dad. She knows that a father's love is deeper than the blue sea, and nothing replaces that love.
Hearing her daughter and her dad's laughter warms her heart, sending her a sublime message that blessings comes from the love of a father and daughter bond.

Strength of Love

Love is patience, love is kind
Love is strong, capable of holding you with both hands
Love is wide, love is deep, love is for us to keep
Love is high also low, never shallow, always ebbs and flow
Love is never insecure, but is pure and will constantly endure
Love is kind, thoughtful and sure, love is never unsure
Love is certain and heartfelt, always doing more than its share
Love is warm never cold, forever forgiving, never withholding.
Love is faithful, and true, cannot lie, nor does it intentionally hurts you
Have you ever been in LOVE?
