Glenn Ralph Poem
Your beauty eternal -
Hazel eyes aglow!
Windows to your soul -
Beauty not only external
Long, black, soft, thick hair -
None other so fair
My heart races when you're near
Your leaving, my greatest fear
Your body, like Helen of Troy -
Nations it could certainly destroy!
A heart of gold you possess-
Your soft, feminine hands -
I love to caress
Your neck, so supple, and smooth -
When I kiss, feels like a soft rose blooth
Your lips like crushed, red velvet
Their taste I daily covet
Zeus himself would beg to marry
But my love, you'd never betray or bury -
Your love for me, true and unconditional
Yes! Your Beauty is truly Eternal!

Glenn Ralph Poem
What is love to most?
A simple feeling
One may boast –
Nay! I say –
There’s much more to Love –
More than what meets the eye
More than can be felt –
More than can be imagined –
Love is more often
A gross misconception!
Actions given from the heart –
Words can’t express –
Complete surrender
Of heart, body, soul and mind –
To this, you’ll surely be amazed!
The glory to be found
Happiness untamed and unbound –
Humility divine –
Your hearts and souls entwined!
Nothing need ever be asked –
Of each other
You’ll already know –
And lovingly you both fulfill
The needs of the other –
The ways of love you show –
Your hearts aglow!
Love to the last breath
You both shall breathe –
By your sides
You’ll never leave!
Physical love
Always monogamous –
Infinite pleasures ginormous!
In each other’s arms
You daily abide –
Conversation, no lack thereof –
Always and lovingly
Lending an ear
No hurt, no pain,
Or woe entangled!
Only Love, Faithfulness and Trust
Forever exists –
Unconditionally aware –
God at your center –
Children she’ll lovingly bear –
A glorious family
You’ll both share –
Their every need
Seen to with loving care!
Endless love you’ll always have –
As you both promised
In your wedding vows –
None violated
Nor shall be forgotten –
Put by the way side,
Neglected or downtrodden!
If on this path
You’re blessed to go –
Cherish always
This Love you’ll know –
For in these words
You’ll forever find –
A great connection,
No fault of mind –
Or disconnection
In true love, unconditional –
You mustn’t fall victim,
Nor be drawn in to
Love’s Misconception!

Glenn Ralph Poem
What, but in this dismal life should appear
My hopes, my dreams, true love
All seem to fade
Into the distance I reach
My eyes begin to tear
My heart pierced through with loves wounding blade!
I sought the shelter of loves sweet embraces
In a woman who's heart was filled with vengeful maces
Evil all around!
My body, heart and soul abused
Pain and hurt consume me!
My heart and mind bemused
My love, like a glass house she shattered!
Sharing herself with so many mates
Male and female indiscriminate
Her sexual desire insatiates
My loins burned for her in heated passion
I hoped at once she'd share
My fantasies brought bare!
In her, delectable delights and fatuations
But only in monogamy -
My passionate energies ignite
With her, my love lives alone
Urequited, unappreciated
She doesn't know my heart
She fails to listen
Her own, with walls all around a'glisten
Her mind imprisoned
From many years of
Giving into lust and depravity!
No matter how strong my love for her
There seems to be no relenting
She's given into such disbelief
As cannot be imagined
Her mind's eye blinded by words,
She deemed dissenting
If only she knew how to open up
To love and meaningful discussion
Could she see the errors
In her cruel interpretations?
Alas! Consumed by hurtful vengeance be
"God he will suffer for those words he said to me"
In silence she makes me suffer
For wrongs I'm not guilty of
Her judgements of my actions
So obediently; innocently intended
Convicted by her own guilt, she pretended!
Her cruelty knows no bounds
While she rips, tears, cuts and destroys
The fabric of our "True Love"
Such ignorance! My soul screams out!
Oh! The sadness of it!
A travesty of two hearts
That were once united!
How do I get through to her
Misunderstanding heart?
There is so much more to love
Than what just meets the eye!
"Whatever happened to communication?"
I cry! Its the only way to dissuade
The problems of the heart
Open hearts and open minds,
Forgiveness, faithfulness, and Trust
These are some ingredients
For a deep and lasting love
Why does she persist
In her cruel, vengeful ways?
To cause pain, not deserved
Oh! It truly hurts and dismays!
With patience, love, and forbearing kindness
I seek to go, where no man ponders -
For fear of weakness and humility of soul.
For my one, my true cherished woman -
God and Angels, made!
For her, I would cast, myself down -
Onto Loves Wounding Blade!

Glenn Ralph Poem
Your love is like a song
It caresses my heart and soul.
Your love is always around -
It never lets me down!
I can sing your praises
My whole life long!
I love to feel your breath -
It dances upon my skin.
Its like unto a soft Spring breeze -
It leaves me weak in my knees!
Oh! Your eyes! I'm enraptured
By their captivating gaze!
A single kiss from your sweet lips -
Leaves me in an induced haze!
I love the silky smooth glow
Of your emanating skin -
The scent of which, fills my heart -
With deep longing from within!
Your voice echoes sweet chords
Of Heavenly delight -
My soul bows down in the presence
Of your great and brilliant light!
Her love is the most cherished -
One man has ever felt!
Even 'round her in silence -
Heaven's Angels knelt!
I love her with the greatest love -
Only one man is capable of.
Its me! Your one and only -
True and cherished Love!

Glenn Ralph Poem
Tears of Love
Forever flow –
Heart stands still –
Time’s frozen moments –
Memories cherished
And so vivid!
Lisa’s beauty, Oh!
It steals my will –
Takes my breath –
Imprisons my soul!
Love for her so strong –
Tears stream down
Thoughts consumed –
Spirit shackled!
Mind in chains –
Life force drained –
Body trembles –
The ground rumbles
Feeling faint –
The world crumbles!
Hers, the greatest love
I’ve ever known –
Respect above reproach
I’ve always shown –
Her eyes gaze –
Peer and burn into
My very soul –
The Earth quakes!
My insides tremor
Mountains moved –
Within and without!
At once we parted –
Our hearts broken,
Falls of tears –
Flood of ages!
Darkness gripped –
All hope lost –
Happiness gone –
Hurt and pain
Of loss so great!
The firmaments split open!
I looked up –
All ripped asunder!
Skies falling –
Clouds dripped
Like mist to the ground!
At long last –
Reunited!
Years lost – fourteen?
Love renewed
And never forgotten –
Like Nemo’s Nautilus –
Years submerged –
Our Love and Joy
Resurfaced! –
Hearts mended –
Soul mates rekindled!
A better man –
I want to be!
On love’s journey
We’re sometimes lost –
To find each other
We must suffer loss –
Pride torn down
Humility embraced –
Circle of dreams –
In lonely desperation
We seek –
But cannot find –
What already
Has been found!
Reach out to each other –
You’ll find
Happiness regained –
What once was lost,
Once more is found!
Lights turned low –
Intimate sounds –
Soft kisses and caressing –
Taking it slow –
Tears of Love
Forever flow!
