My Life's a Game

My life's a game

Shit has changed
But time will tell
My life has changed
But will it be real
If only I could see my life on the other side
Because I've learnt that the grass is always greener on the other side
If I could go back and change
I won't feel so disengaged
My heart plays a game
My head plays a game
But I never wanted my life to become a game
I'm not ready to play
I only just started
But my life has already started the game

I can't go out
I feel embarrassed
Embarrassed of what
The life I can't manage
For you to feel the way I do
You would have to walk in my shoes
But I'm afraid that you don't have my size shoe
You don't understand
You never will
But time will tell

My life has changed
Shit has changed
But to you
My life's just a game

(This is my first poem, take it easy on me)

The World Will Die

the world will die
all will cry
the way we feel
will not heal
the government will change
in a hope to rearrange
rearrange the people
but it will be illegal
some will fight back
to take back what was theirs
but in the end
we will all be scarce
the military will kill
to make blood spill
anonymous will try to tell all
but we all will be overrun by martial law

I don't understand why
but the world will die

10 Years

Write a poem
Tell you once
Love you again
Only twice
See I can't love you three
Because that would go past my morals of four
Live, Love, Laugh, Learn
I tried my hardest to keep you
Through these past years of five
But all you cared about was when you get your six carat diamond
If you really cared about me
I wouldn't have worried about the steps of seven
I gave you eight chances to make it right
But man number nine was waiting
Waiting for you to be his number 10
I should have left you there and then
But you were my number one
And now I'm back to none
So thank you for 10 years
10 years of being your none
