Horizons

The beauty of the sun
shining through the clouds
after the rain
leaves a breathtaking moment
like a golden staircase
to joy,
like the cloud and mist in life
there are horizons.

Our Moments

If you bother yourself
and feel out of place
give it some time
and you'll hear the leaves
fall off the trees,
we all have our moments.

Heaven's Gates

The rockets that glare
upon our nation
show the rejoice of freedom of man,
the home of the free and the brave
where the good Lord waves his hand
let peace rest upon me
flowers at my feet,
guarded from insecurity
my enemies defeated
for the Lord wins in the end
and by heaven's gates I'll wait
when the work is done
in store for me
is more of the glory of God
you Lord stepped upon the soil
you blessed us too and fro,
after the work is over
through heaven's gates we'll go.

Horizons

The Beauty of the sun
shining through the clouds
after the rain
shows the grace of a golden stairway
from the heavens
that leaves a breathtaking moment
on the rainy days
like in the clouds and mist of life
there are horizons.

Heaven on Earth

Dear Lord would you sit with me
And let me tell you of the day
A day with rain drops
That lead to rainbows
Near the white cobblestone path
A river of joy
That lead to a waterfall of content
And at last the greenest pastures
That lies by my feet
Suddenly I realized heaven on Earth
You have surely made my life complete.

The Ballerina

As the Ballerina came to stage
So grateful was her dance
Like a fawn,
Her arms were as feathers
Floating gently towards the ground
I realized suck a beautiful song
Was being sung
Yet not a word was spoken.

Sweet Thoughts

If cherry blossoms were hope
Gathered in a fragrant offering
To restore faith
We may restore our cherished dreams
As pretty as blossoms are to behold
With ponders of sweet Thoughts
Of things to come.

Dance my weeping willow

Sway my weeping willow
Dance among the trees
Let the wind run through you
To lift your spirits up
Never to give up as you age
To the glorious vision we behold of you
Feel the wind and dance
Your charm that never ends
So feel the wind and dance
You're a treasured blessing to be told
For as your name you weep
Yet you grow so ever bold.
