Todays Child

the first day you entered this world
my eyes looked you over
my first thought in mind was who is this child
what kind of live will it lead must i see
be it good or bad you are apart of me
you are open for suggestion but will you take head
i promise protection trust me you'll see
hands off or its de fending i must do cause your life is my
responsibility no other understand our
bond yes its quit different and
unique God gave you to me for
just a little while i must take care of you
the best way i know how its not your father or
another but your mother who is talking to you baby hear my voice
through and through let it be a recording
and voice you'll never forget while on this earth
we'll have a bond a tight and true one that started while
you were in my womb love love love you
baby all your tender bones fingers and toes I see you off to
the first day of school and be there when you graduate from the last
day if you choose don't be a
fool after all that is not what i intended for my little spool

Guys are sexy
Boys are sweet
You are the man I was meant to meet
We'll become an idol
Taking on your title
God is above all that is true
Never again will I get the blues because of you
Together we will see the sunset and the moon rise
It's no surprise as I look into your eyes that the sky is blue
Our love will remain true
Feeling all breezes from east, west, north or south
Taking on the rain, its thunder or snow time and time the world will
know who we are once our love starts to show Giving oxygen to the plants it will
flourish big and bright casting off brighter
lights
As we take each others hands a force will develop between us two
Causing kaos amongst the folks that dont believe in love anymore
Perhaps they'll give it a try and after our world will no longer have pain and
suffering

Somebody's Turf

Beneath the Northern Skys
Life slowly floats with peace
Evilness lurks behind
unexpectedly.
Stench of Dew fills the air, followed by rain. Enough to move you in a place
thats built with bricks on soil that's quick. Inch by inch oozing back into
the earth because your on Gods Turf.

Anyone Can See

ANYONE CAN SEE IF YOU USE YOUR MIND
THE EYES PAINTS THE PICTURE
THAT THE SOUL CAN DEFINE
USING YOUR HEART YOU'LL GAIN THE LOVE
 GOD HAS FOR YOU
LET NO ONE TAKE IT AWAY
THE FEET WILL LEAD YOU TO THE PATHS OF YOUR DREAMS
QUICKLY GRAB IT WITH YOUR ARMS
HEARING THE ECHOS OF TRIUMPING
AND SMELLING THE REWARDS FLOATING IN THE AIR
AS HIGH AS THE SUN AND DEEPER THAN THE OCEAN
FULFILL YOUR DESTINY FOR IT DETERMINES WHO YOU BE
  SO SHARPEN THE MIND
STRENGTHEN THE HEART
OPEN YOUR ARMS
STETCH OUT THE LEGS
CAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT BUT SEEMS REAL LONG IF YOU DON'T LET IT
GO IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
