Double,Pain

I'm walking with my friend to my house, and we have to cross a long road.
When the green light glows we start running as fast as we could, just looking forward to the other end of the road. Thinking it's a race, thinking that we are running for our lives, but then…
BOOM!!! I fall.
I can't feel my elbow, I can see it bleeding, it hurts badly.
But then I realize something even more painful than just falling and bleeding badly and crying without stopping.
My friend is laughing at me.
She doesn't help, not even asking me if i'm ok, not helping me up, just laughing at me.
I cry and think.
Why do people laugh, it feels like they don't care, they think it's funny, but when they fall like that.
They don't laugh cause it hurts so much and they expect someone to help.
They expect someone to ask if their ok, but mostly….
They don't want anyone to laugh at them.
Today I look at my elbow and see the scrape, it's big and ugly.
And all what I say is…
Falling could give you double pain.
