My Greatest Rejection

MY GREATEST REJECTION

You lied to me
You pushed me
Capitalized with my weakest points
For through trust I let you see those too

You knew my greatest fear was rejection
You then used that against me by
Concerning me till I forgot my own principles
Saying words that would penetrate so deep
I swear even the sharpest knife does not go that far
You made me believe you were more of a friend than an enemy who's only here to take and not give.

I would meekly accept your tormentors
Doings purely because I was scared you'd  reject me
You would hurt me
And later that day you sweet talk...
Using the same mouth you used to exert
Words sharper that a sword

Though I knew it was lies
I'd let you tell them to me
They made me think you won't
Reject me, you would patronize me
You had a way of softening me
I knew it but I knew I'd rather be fooled
That rejected for you sugercoated your acts of you fooling me

I knew I wouldn't stand seeing you
Happy with someone else
I knew that would be worse than
The lies you tell me

Little did I know that you even after
So much anguish you would
Still walk away
I had immaturely thought you'd
Owe more than this

I was callow cause I even thought
You constantly lied cause you cared!

It doesn't matter anymore
You've wrecked me up
What more can I fear
What else will I cry for

YOU HAVE REJECTED ME!

The Worst Side of Life

The worst side of life

Waking up everyday
Feeling lonely
You can't even hear the sound of the birds
Not even think of the sound of an ocean

Feeling depressed and unwanted
While there's peace and joy
But only for certain people
Losing a point to a wrong path

It so easy to make friends
But not easy to live when they are no longer with you
Pity we can only control our hands to touch
Not our heart to feel

Scavenging love and happiness
It's simple to do
But hard to get
One get mystified what to do with life

Being let down and not being picked
Leaves you with the nude of how bad nature can be to one
Lies and hatred striking to your mind and ears always
You even tend to think death sounds better than living with these

Thinking on jumping into a dam and drown there
Flow with Olifants river to another river and get lost
Not to forget to run until you head Antlantic Ocean
But who can run away from life?

It is life on its worse side
