The Beatitude Poem

When Jesus saw the multitudes
he went up on the hill
taught them with encouraging words
with authority, compassion, Zeal

He spoke of the keys of his Kingdom
never heard by them before
"Blessed are the poor in spirit”,
After which, he said much more

He said that you’d be Blessed
for these ways that you should live
Then he said rejoice, be glad
what great a reward He’ll give

Let your light so shine before men
your good works to be seen
glorify your father in heav’n
for the kingdom is within

Many things that he did say
for he covered many topics
Many left in wonderment
astonished at his doctrine

The Secrets he so freely gave
that day upon the hill
keys of his kingdom,
to keep in your heart
by faith to do God’s will

Love, Compassion, Faith in God
were three he taught that day
Eternal treasures to be stored for now
Until our judgement day

A Letter To Mother

Mother, oh Mother, oh how I think of thee
your loving touch
your patient soul
was alway there for me,
In times of crisis, in my youth
when adolescence flaired
it was you who took control of things
point is you were there,
You never got to see me grow
to the man that i am now
for you had to leave so young in life
before Gods' throne you bowed,
The highest honor I bestowe to you
your essence will live on
tis' the pattern of your life i live
till my day is done.

Satans' Plan

He fell from heav'n like a bolt
filled with decietfulness and guile
running to and fro' upon the earth
seeking anyone to defile

He is the father of all lies
a murderer to the end
He gets one to believe in him
Starts out as your "friend"

From the beginning, Satan lied
He schemed, he plotted, he planned
to fool mankind into thinking
that he could be like God

He said to Eve In the Garden of Eden
while slithering thru the Tree
Eat of this fruit, just taste and see
like the most high, yet you will be

People stood by and watched and jeered
as Noah built his boat
convinced that he was a lunatic
until it began to float

He even tried to temp our Lord
with wealth and earthly gain
The Lord rebuked him with strong commands
then Satan went away

Now he's at it once again,
trying to decieve
In the name of science he says
"this time they'll believe"

He says "There was no resurrection
This you'll see, I've been saying this all along
Just watch the TV"

But remember, in these last days
lest you fall into temptaion
don't let your ears be tickled
with an end time deception

Please read this poem and heed it's words
keep watch and always pray
that you'll be ready for any lie
that Satan sends your way

Keep your faith in the Lord
not looking left or right
trust in him at all times
keep up the good fight!

Darkness On the Horizon

The world's in chaos
no space is safe
everywhere one turns
tis a violent place
No peace, no safety
only anguish and strife
conditions have worsened
become the way of life
The world's so different
since way back when
life was simple, pleasant
everyone was "friend"
lest we get back to that time of olde
if violence be the trend
our future world looms on the edge
to mankind's brought on end
