Losing a Best Friend

Once there was a disk named DVD
She had a best friend and her name was TV
They did everything together until one day
The manufacturers didn’t like the way she played
They brought in a disk with a better picture
DVD fought the great urge to hit her
TV and DVD were together one more day
Until the next walked in Blu-Ray
DVD and TV went their separate ways
DVD with nothing left to say
Blu-Ray and TV were inseparable
Then the scientists thought Blu-Ray too delectable
They decided to make a friend a little more clean
They made her and they named her Flatscreen
TV got upset and had a little fit
Blu-Ray and flatscreen unaffected by the split
Now TV was lonely without a friend
And DVD and TV were together again.
