Red Robes

lonely soul
retrieve this ache
and rid it from me by those in veil
their wet and precious
naked rose
ive caught truths in my throat
to offer the takers silent meat
upon my bones
and flesh
they feast - in robes stained dark from thirst and hunger
while blackness streams upon my slumber
take my gentle neck into their teeth
and break the shallow skin.
im sin
a whore layed in their laps
entranced by sharpened claws
begging adulterers' alcohol
i crave each time i drink
they serve me luscious sleep

City Girl

she wears high heels
bruises on her feet
the only way
she can make ends meet.

left out and alone
no place to hide
from another dollar
with masculine pride.

shes not addicted
its the others who are
abandoned to leave her
to count moral scars.

used to be real
but turned into fake
haunted by thoughts
that make her to quake

the only thing left is city's pretty face
a love stricken lie
and self disgrace

Fallen Nation

(chorus)
sign up for the fallen nation/
become a part of complication/
live life of silent frustration/
only way to gain salvation/

(vrs1)
cheat yourself out of living a lie/
dont choose to live, youd rather die/
hate your past its gone forever/
original, youll never remember/

sign up for the fallen nation/
become a part of complication/
live life of silent frustration/
only way to gain salvation/

(vrs2)
burned the words of memories/
blind our eyes so we can see/
make us feel the endless pain/
our minds have slowly gone insane/

(vrs3)
sign up now, dont delay/
turn your bodies into fake/
swallow pride to be a leader/
learn to become the perfect cheater/

sign up for the fallen nation/
become a part of complication/
live life of silent frustration/
only way to gain salvation/

(vrs4)
be fed our nations lies they taste better than the truth/
cant stop until we've gotten hold of freedom seeking youth/
be fed our lies, choke them down/
dont try to fight, youd rather drown/

sign up for the fallen nation/
become a part of complication/
live life of silent frustration/
only way to gain salvation/

Aces

if all these thoughts are put to waste
at least i kid myself
wish i knew of better things to say

tho i wonder how your lips will taste
like salt and lime
and silver and fate.
salt and lime..
what am i thinking?

tho last night i swear id felt you breathing
along my neck
across my spine -silver and lime.
youd filled my lungs to say
'hun close your eyes and wake
and finally live one day for yourself."
oh god,
when you said that
id thought my body'd surely melt.

i see your face and think
you'd understand
those arms
those hands
they'll hold me.
and if i could save one last moment of perfection
id dissolve into you.

im waiting
and wishing and wanting and hurting and fading

O.C.D.

7 clicks
the switches
im odd
on off
on off
on off
on off
on off
try again
hold my breath
on off
"we'll be together"
one more
im strange, odd numbered
superstitious
living life through
broken switches
on off
on off
on off
once more
on off
im obsessed
undressed
waiting for the truth to hit
counting odd is odd
even is god
be god
be even
its simple
im 7
oh god
im 7
(im crazy)
intentions

Shreds

im tired of cleaning the wounds that youve caused me to have
too many times have you beaten me down
and waited till i was okay to do it again.

your words are like knives
tearing my back and piercing my heart
the icy burns put me to torture
left alone and bleeding and screaming out why.

you smile and you smirk
cause you have all the power
youve sewn up my mouth with your claim as a saint
i cannot defend with my arms tied behind me
my legs crossed and dress as a proper young lady.

and your words cut into me
again
again.

not stopping until i am torn into shreds
lying on a bare floor
covered in blood stained remarks.

Could Have

i could have left you he said
but ill follow you instead
youll watch your back forevermore
no street is safe behind this door

i could have loved you he said
but ill hate you now instead
youll feel my never ending cold
dont try to run, ive got your soul

i could have killed you he said
but ill torture you instead
and leave you hanging on my words
and cut you down so much it hurts

The Fire

(vrs 1)
dont touch the fire
the fools always said
dont make the mistakes
you'll only end up dead

(vrs 2)
dont touch the coals
they only can burn
so i waited in line
till id have my turn

(chorus)
you never know until you try
so dont be the one to survive
you either live or you die
and end up feeding us the lie

(vrs 3)
ive felt the burns
in degrees never known
ive got countless scars
that will never be shown

(vrs 4)
the fire burns deeper
to scald not to kill
so we're left only to touch
and believe in the thrill

(chorus)
you never know until you try
so dont be the one to survive
you either live or you die
and end up feeding us the lie

Torment's Chain

life pains
blood drains
suicidal thoughts remain

words provoke
thoughts choke
leaving me barely sane.

morals low
poisons flow
stinging fast but killing slow.

fires burn
never learn
leaving death wished thoughts to churn.

bullets bang
wishers hang
breaking free from torment's chain

Lost Sheep

into a comfortable slaughter
my shephard has left
a wolf in disguise
to lead astray
his angelic daughters
with the lord of the flies.

no one can hear the cries of the lost
purposely forgotten
we've been abandoned
as targeted innocence
into the woods to be killed or bought

lost sheep
lost sheep
we can't see for ourself
or fend while our master is gone
left in a wilderness to be tested
while the survivors wait until dawn.
