Slam Poetry

I don't get a lot of comments
It's makes my name uncommon
I took a rest, now I'm back
When I read your words I see what you lack
I will step into your ring
Wearing a ring
and cut your words in half
I don't want to be mean
but you left me with no choice
because I have a voice
My poems are top notch
leaving your words lost
When the tides turn
you'll wave at me
causing mistakes in your destiny
If you believe your the best
you've looked in the mirror less
Don't be hurt by what I say
it's all fun and games

Empathy French

Sacrificed biographies, unwillingly wilted on the roads
Batched and bundled in flourished rows

Sorrow is freed
Comfort is farmed

No king reigns on the quality land
Leaders have protected territory
Warriors, soldiers, your pride reigns liberty

Victorious flags wiggle in the heart of the wind
Prayers light the mourning and burn traitors skin

No religion should peel our flesh to bone
No God prophets a sole to be cold

A Fish Parade

The sun peeked a shine down the salty blue sea,
multiplying an exotic kingdoms beauty.

A small fish traveled the big ocean sanding snails. The fish would say
"The slowest snail is to slow to yield to the slow snail." and another snail was sanded.

A big Bass fish watched the small fish's mistake. At the perfect opportunity
then big Bass torpedo itself towards the small fish.

Conspired prey eyes sunk a gulp and the small fish jetted.
A swim chase curved the currents as the two fishes zigzagged the under toes.

In a challenge to outwit waves a shark lurked up behind the big Bass.
The three fishes aligned in a straight line as the shark ate the big Bass as bate and then ate the small fish as bate.

Foxglove

You sound like a tiny person with short man syndrome
always talking out your azz is what you give them
Your poetry sucks like a hooker on the steets
never knowing when your going to be beat
Let me give you a penny for a thought
a free lesson so you can be taught
Put your words away before you get yourself killed
cause I kill it in skills
Dang the poetry that so uptight
letting loose isn't your type

What's In Your In Name Trish Louise

Twerking secretly
Ruckus is heard
Immediately
Stripping for my
Husband

Laughing
Out loud with the
Underdogs
Is cool and
Sexy
Enough to be a hero

Free Bird

As I'm growing older
I wonder when time had gone by
Knowing I feel young inside

Are you ready now
to hold me
kiss me
love me
to infinity

Teasing you was my favorite game
The moment has been washed away

Memories anchor my heart, deep in the water
If I am dead
Please let me be
Living a lie isn't so easy

Swimming up to the surface
Only to resurface
Careless recovery

Breath through my chest
My savior is the best

At last
I can go home in peace
Pray to you on my knees

Me and My Shadow

me and my shadow
laugh and have good times
we think of cleaver ideas
and risky dink rhymes

me and my shadow
there is no way to separate
unless there is a victor
and one becomes a classic trait

me and my shadow
paint each others image
believing we're the best artist
neither portrait gets finished

me and my shadow
share each others fear
one day will cross the wrong person
and they'll have us in tears

me and my shadow
think nothing ahead
liable to get hurt
certain we are dead

me and my shadow
are underneath the bridge
hiding like a troll
waiting for a chance to get rich

me and my shadow
know the rules of the game
but we sulk to much
so we don't go out to play

me and my shadow
know what we did
get the full story
then repeat your opinion

me and my shadow
don't understand the clues
I'm left alone as usual
trying to get away from the blues

me and my shadow
know what we do
ignorance is no excuse
I take responsibility of my attitude

Bad Poetry, Right Here

if your speaking of me
I do agree
my grammar isn't exact
I break the rules
because I don't care
but your poetry is a good example

maybe I do scramble words
fighting to speak from the heart
being isolated, I try my best
not to tear dimensions apart

dark or light
poetry heals the sickness inside
bad or good
I feel poetry can make a person fly

lost and wounded from battle
I don't know what is honest
are your here for war
or did you come here
to rub in that I am poor

I'm not desired or wanted
what I wanted is not desired
my emotions are tired of being a tire
I wonder why I can't be desired

whatever this place is about
I'm going to keep writing
because I have no other place to shout

How Sweet It Is

How sweet it is

Please Take 5 minutes of your time to read my poem
This sweet adventure actually won't take that long

Step inside my imagination
Mr.Good Bar gave us a 100 Grand
50 thousand for you and 50 thousand for me
Lets go spend this cash with obligation

We can go anywhere on this planet
or travel back in time to buy a Whatchamacallit

But here in present time I've invested in a corner market
Selling warm Boston Baked Beans, homemade Hot Tamales and fresh Swedish Fish
The community is burning a hole in their pocket

I'm buying an expensive fur coat
Then a catwalk down 5th Avenue
And act like life isn't a Rocky Road

You know what forget the money
I'd rather float in the Galaxy
and watch a Starburst
in Zero gravity

Shoppers Distribute Disasters

customer service is not an alluring activity
a dissatisfied customer is like Chucky
their disguise is sweet
until they speak, it's evil energy
returning or exchanging without a receipt
chalks-up a storm of dead-eye mis-fortune
these people don't come from heaven
retail is like nature in hell
demonic bears attack because the policy is unfair
satanic lions lay bare
poachers have delusions of grandeur
there's no safe trail in the jungle
inroad is trouble
in the real world
an angry customer break glass
shattering rules piercing flesh
it becomes a mess
so I will confess
this.....
my job is a simple paragraph
but difficult to graph
I laugh behind your back
knowing you'll be back
to shop at the same store
you'll walk in through the door
wanting to buy and return more
