Kalam- Kabhi Socha Na Tha

Logon ko ekjut kar raha tha, kabhi socha na tha.
‘Missile’ udaane chala,
Logon ko ek misaal de raha tha, kabhi socha na tha.
Daudta chala, girta chala, sambhalta chala, phir udta chala.
Akela chala jaa raha tha,
Karodon log mere saath chalne lagenge, kabhi socha na tha.
Main bas kuch lafz bol raha tha,
Log use kuraan maan baithenge, kabhi socha na tha.
Aankhen band kar aakhri saansein gin raha tha,
Kuch ummeed bhari aankho ko aansuon se bhar chala jaa raha tha, kabhi socha na tha, kabhi socha na tha.

Period of Emotions

A period of emotions - I'm a command I'm an order
I'm right there at the end of the border.
I don't have an identity of my own
A character that you give, is what I borne.

I carry much anger, much frustration
Sometimes I'm used to deliver news of devastation.
I carry tears from the war of treachery
And at times I carry screams of political mockery.

I'm not happy even though I'm never alone
Incomplete statements are accompanied by my clones.

I'm the verdict, I'm the decision
I'm the king , the ruler of precision.

I'm dark at times, and at times I'm grey
I'm as sharp as the sun's ray.
I've meanings as deep as the oceans
I'm not just a period, I'm a period of emotions.

Promising Hopes, Hopeless Promises

Smiling faces, tearful traces,
Twinkling stars, lonely hours.
The hurt is yet to heal,
while we have another in line to deal.
Promising hopes, hopeless promises,
there's a lot of scope but unwanted blemishes.
Giving everyone smiling tears,
still there's no value for your efforts all these years.
Smiling grievances, grieving smiles,
smilar differences, never ending miles.
You seem to know everything but know nothing,
living a life is easier than jumping off a building.
