The Other Half

No one knows the days ive spent
	Hearing those that arent there
Seeing the faces of those who died
	A shadow without a care
At night they come see me
Those at work dont believe me
Please Lord come and free me
I would cherish the good times
	If only I can remember
	My mind is messed up
Its gone from July to December
I keep playing back those days
Like its my own movie reel
No one understands what I say
	Nobody knows how I feel
	Going from day to day
	One hour after another
	The seconds turn to minutes
	Everythings going by slower
	What hasnt slowed down
Is my mind that keeps racing
There is no track or route
But its the same obstacles I keep facing
Friends, family, and those who know
	Will never understand
My mouth has tasted the fear
My body has felt the pain
My mind has played those tricks
My eyes seen the horror...and shed a tear
	Cry for those I must
There is not one thing I can do
The tears a part of so much more
They come from the God who loves you
Take stock in what youve learned
Cause there is no path but True
Follow one step at a time
And may God always Bless You
