Harry Houdini

It all started from the age of nine, I fell in love with locks and cuffs,
in and out I go, I saw what I have become, an escape artist is what I am.
The higher I became the more desired I have become, I was an illusionist ,a master escapologist, I have no fear, because I am free no matter where they chained me or shakkled me . I' am an artist and that is how i will always be, a perfectionist of majic always keeping my audience in a deep wonder. people may say I am insane the master of chains, but what they don't know is that I am master of my own domain.
I am ingenious in my own ways a misunderstood artist is what I have to say.A hater of mysticism a believer of the after life. My legacy will never go away because I am Houdini
the best escape artist of all time, I will never die my majic will always keep people alive even through this time!!

The Reflection

All I see is a reflection of myself, how young I used to be. Right now all I see is an old man starring back at me. I have lost everything I own. I am a slave of my own art. It consumes me and it keeps me sane through my dark times. I cut my ear off to stop the dark voices in my head. I paint all day with a bottle of absinthe in an old cafe. Wearing my favorite straw hat with candles lit my head. I could feel the wax dripping on my lips while I painted ugly old women sitting alone in a bar. My art keeps me alive. People say I have the gift of color and that I am insane. They say my art moves people into a wonder like a dream. While I walk through the breezy wheat fields I see blackbirds over my horizon. I stand in grassy field with my paintbrush softly touching my cheek starring up at the clouds. I am in peace now knowing that this will be my last masterpiece!

The First Time We Met

You lived inside of me for nine months.
Oh my sweet Cosette Until the day you arrived in my life, I knew at that instant that you were mine, your soft milky white skin, your pink cheeks, your red lips,The God's must have a made you with a special pen, you were created with such great detail.
As soon as we met and you heard my voice all cries were gone, and when i held you close to me and our eyes met, there was an instant connection knowing that I was your mom. My angel arrived,my joy my happiness was you. When I saw your ten tiny little toes, and your little hands touch my face. I knew at the very instant that my life was going to change. At that instant I knew their was God that loved me so much that he made you just for me!

Edgar Allen Poe

They say my death is like a mystery, and the rest was like history. I will not die in vain because I will reign until my death. The truth will arise my words will come alive. My writings are my voice even when I'm six feet down. My poems keep me sane even when I'm in so much pain. My greatest works came to me in a dream. I dreamed that I was running in a golden field and I saw ravens filling up the clouds in an open field their eyes were dark and empty looking for someone to devour. People say that I am dark and tormented. I am just a misunderstood genius of my time. My friends and my foes want to overshadow my thoughts and my dreams. I will show them, they don't know what they are missing. I went into my favorite pub the cat's eye to have my last drink of absinthe like a sailor. My mind was in haze and I was so dazed to think I will be married within a week. Oh how I miss kissing you on the cheek my Eliza. If only I could turn back time see you one more time. You have bewitched me with your beautiful smile, and infectious laughter. Sooner or later dear I will haunt you in your dreams where I can see you again. I a true gentleman always keeps his promise and his word. My words will never die because I am Edgar Allen Poe the best writer of all time!

Break Up

We met once with the first glance, Our eyes met with such a romance, my first kiss my first everything, we met while we were young, we had fun while it lasted giving you my body and my heart, over time it decreased and decreased. Till their is nothing more than an empty space. I have nothing more to give no more to offer but just my heart. Our love dried up like an empty well. All i wanted was you to come back to me, i wanted you to love me, desire me, fight for me, I give up in trying, you have disconnected from me body and soul, goodbye my love it was fun while it lasted!

Mademoiselle

I am lady that is the way I was taught to be. I stand straight my head up high. When I walk into a room my beauty is known to all that pass by. I am soft spoken, I am direct when I need to be. I am a lady that's who I will be. I was taught etiquette from the age three. A virtuous women that's how my mother taught me to be. A true lady that's who I will be. Many women see me with green eyes of evy and jealousy. Not knowing who I am just a women of mystery. As I walk into a room with grace and beauty I have men hoover over me like sweet honey. I bite my lip not knowing who to pick. They think I am tease oh please I am waiting for a true gentleman with great conversation and integrity. A true lady I will always be never a man's property.

Poetry

Poetry flows inside of me like music and wine,
poetry is like a beating drum against my chest and keeps me alive.
Poetry has no age young or old it is carried through time.
Poetry dances like a rhythm in your soul, young or old.
Poetry is my voice when I cannot speak.
Poetry is my link into my past.
poetry entwines my emotions together and keeps me sane.
Poetry are like lyrics to a song it sings to me.
Poetry is like a magnetic force that consumes you.
Poetry brings out the best in me it plays like a violin into your soul....

Lies That Cover Us Blind

Lies, Lies, that cover us blind.
Stop entangling me in your web of lies.
I am tired of you looking at me with those puppy eyes.
It is our time to say our goodbyes. All you do is hide from the truth.
You had your chances and you blew them.
