Thought is a given
Right and wrong are choices we must decide
Wisdom instead of Ignorance
Peace of mind brings happiness
What we eat is who we are and choose to be
Run, walk, it should not matter - it all counts in the end
So many choices; yoga, self improvement, it's all good
Look in the mirror - what do you see
Decisions, decisions, don't put it off - now is the time
Our bodies deserve better
Deep inside our Soul beckons for more
What shall you do

Gathering of wood all day i go
My mind filled with memories of the past, excitment grows
So many nights around the fire
Laughing, singing, stories abound
Heat of an open fire makes the evening chill go away
The moving reflection of light against the trees looks scary at times
You can only wonder what's outside the lights glow
Peacefulness sets in now time to relax
More stories said i will always remember
As the fire and embers go dim the light goes too, night becomes dark another day ended

You walk the valley step by step with meadows along the way
Bright beautiful flowers everywhere make my eyes want to tear
River waters rush but not to deep, the fish swim freely
Tall, tall, trees bending with the wind
Blue skies above, birds flying high
Down a narrow path walking in the woods
The afternoon sun is bright, clouds over the mountains as far as you can see
Animals are majestic you wonder in ah
Noise you hear takes by breath away; birds chirping, water rushing, the peacefulness of it all
As sunset begins the color of the sky turns orange
Stars begin to come out against the dark sky. The moon rising over the mountain tops so bright and large you now can see
You admire all that nature is

So many colors blooming throughout the year
The sweet smell enlightens my day
Petals slowly open
Beauty is a full bloom
So many wonderful thoughts
A rose given is a sign of special meaning and love
