They say that everything in life
Is always doomed to die
Within time i grew up
To realize that it was all just a lie
some things can live within us
And continue to remain in our hearts
No matter what happens they never leave
Us...even in our after life!
Songs.. hopes.. wishes and love..
Memories that were locked up in our
Minds..dreams and prayers that
Never reached their way to sky..above!
Old faces and souls we can no longer
Recognize!

How can i forget when the memory still haunts me?
I never thought it would be this hard
Wake up! Teach me how to forget
Show me how you can mend a broken heart
Is it ...really that hard?
I doubt ..if the sweet aroma i once breathed
still exists ..
I scream at the top of my lungs
all i can hear..is the echo of me
Wake up! It's a wild place
Our hearts are wild creatures
And our ribs..are the cage
Open up your eyes..I'm ready to let go
Hold on to me..erase the past's sweet-bitter memory

You're my jazz
You're my blues
You are all that I would choose.
You're my poison Ivy
My Jasmine rose
My Three a.m calls
What exists in the folds of ink on my notes
My lilac sky and my northern star
my sunset, my midnight blues
My medicine and my hurt
my blessing , my curse
My tide and waves
My sip of Chamomile tea, my rosé
My shot of whiskey, the acid to my alkaline
and all that I wish was mine.
