What Beholds

I prayed for you 
now what to do 
i lay my eyes 
and rest my mind
i count the sheep 
remembering 
the days I've lived 
those sails have shipped
move on to whats better
he opened my message 
to heal a soul
gods not to question 
days have moved on 
now gods what i question
to die alone 
or to be told 
by myself 
I'm scared at home 
no place to run
no where to go 
when i die 
what beholds
I'm scared as hell
truth be told

Ghost

Ghost 
Although cool to say 
When you've known you have known 
You throw it away 
Or you find it a way 
Never to speak 
Not even a phrase 
You look to the distance 
And find your own way 
Gods been a grace 
He who has him no face 
Never to tell 
And that's why you pray 
No print and no thought 
You know who he is 
He lies in your soul 
As wise as your lips
And now that you know 
That he who is you 
Your proud to go figure 
Your proud that you're you. 
And you know now 
That he's what you've been 
He's what you are 
Now wear your own crown
