If We Can Give Love a Chance

If we can give love a chance

O love; sweet love if we can give it a chance
As our God-given blessed children
Black, yellow, white, green, innocent of our wars
Live doing when in rain bow multi-colour
They go playing without hatred and fear

O love; sweet love if we can give it a chance
By allowing truth to live in everybody’s tongue
We men will be very strong
And hatred that reigns to the bay will shyly move
Leaving us in peace unending, for we will be sinking in the sea of love

If we can give love a chance
Then at day dawn, we men black, yellow, white green
Without fear will drive our flocks from field to fold
Free as the air to watch rivers that rage
And the rocks that grow old
Free to listen to the birds that sing
Free without fear to scent the flowers and walk the wanton fields
Free to enjoy what pleasures nature can bring

If we can give love a chance
Then there will be peace everlasting
Peace and joy that must be in any day that breaks
And soon withers them forgotten
As eggs that go rotten
Peace that brings joy, joy that happiness
That gives a honey tongue, a heart of gall
Joy that brings sorrow to fall

It's Time We Forgive

It's now time we forgive
the trespasses of our neighbours
who in the course of wellbeing searching
showered them like a storm on us.

It is time we stretch them a hand
humbly giving love without reserve;
smilingly and joyously too.

It's time we accept,
that jealousy and hatred;
they have no place in our midst.

It's time we accept
that man no matter his colour
Tribe, ethnicity, and rang
is indispensible to his fellow.

It's now time we bury our pride,
the spring board of our hatches,
Stretch our hands to all;
and give like a new meaning.

She Promised Me Love

And shower of refreshing,
Heaven sent it from above.
\To put words to birth she gave me some kissing
The string young lovers need
In such mercy-drops that go falling
To tie beating hearts together
While love foever they plead
\Moving,hand in hand walking the alleys
My livind went reviveng again;
The hills,and the valleys
I imaginne how they feel in the sound
Of abundance of rain
Her beauty, her voice, the smile on her face
I to these irresistably went to fall.
When time and again they came tto surface
And i gave her my all.

A New Song

In the silence, I hear a melody,
A new song, born of heart and soul, set free.
It whispers secrets, of hope and love,
A symphony, sent from above.

The notes dance, like stars in the night,
A celestial harmony, pure and bright.
The rhythm beats, like a heart that's true,
A new song, that's meant for me and you.

It's a song of joy, of peace and rest,
A melody, that soothes the soul's dark nest.
It's a song of hope, of love and light,
A new song, that shines like a beacon in flight.

I'll sing it loud, with every breath I take,
A new song, that my heart will make.
I'll share it with the world, with every note I play,
A new song, that will brighten up each day.

So let the music, flow from my heart,
A new song, that will never depart.
Let it be a balm, to soothe the soul,
A new song, that makes us whole.

They will confess

They will confess, with voices so clear,
The secrets they've kept, the lies they've held dear.
Their hearts will reveal, the truth they've concealed,
And their souls will awaken, from the darkness they've sealed.

They will confess, with tears of regret,
The pain they've inflicted, the love they've forget.
Their minds will recall, the choices they've made,
And their conscience will whisper, the truth they've delayed.

They will confess, with humility and shame,
The wrongs they've committed, the hearts they've claimed.
Their pride will be broken, their ego will fall,
And they'll see the damage, they've caused to all.

They will confess, with a willingness to change,
A desire to make amends, to rearrange.
Their lives will be transformed, their hearts will be new,
And they'll find redemption, in the truth they imbue.

They will confess, and they will be free,
From the burdens they've carried, from the secrets they've seen.
Their confession will bring, a weight lifted high,
And they'll walk in the light, with a heart full of sighs.
