Frank Malfi Poem
Waiting for the traffic to move,
Longest day in the world for me,
Slow motion in progress it just won’t groove,
I’m growing no faster then a tree,
Impatient the moment arises,
Looked both ways and the season subsided,
The occasional mishap just occurred,
Crash in an instant now I’m disturbed,
In this second I look in the past,
I see myself and I didn’t last.

Frank Malfi Poem
Lucid development in the mainstream,
Completely erratic and lazy,
Idiotic to the point where we know no best,
Sing for the moment and get it off your chest,
Roar of the thunder in a clash of clouds,
Smothered in lies with the orchestra sound,
Mix it up right to get instant light,
Which might direct hope, into the correct fight,
Unleashed like the never before,
Here comes the truth, right out the door.

Frank Malfi Poem
Dark room, pitch black,
Can’t see a damn thing as a matter of fact,
No walls to feel, where am I?
It’s frigid, chilling to the bone,
Nothing is visible at all,
My voice muted, my thoughts echo,
A scream, where did it come from,
It sounded like me…
Cement floor boxing in the forever night,
A moonlit path is all I ask for,
Clothes to cover my bare skin maybe,
Lend me anything to stop this horror film,
Earmuffs to block the sorrow filled voice,
So deafening it has melded me to this place,
Immobile, inactive, incapable of playing this game,
I never heard silent screaming that sounded so loud.
