My Inspiration has arrived
The moments we have spent together
Has brought back the inspiration I have been waiting for.
You inspired me to write poems,
Return to singing lessons,
To go after what I want and if feels good inside.
To know that I can reach for the stars.
You are that inspiration.

Sanctuary
Whenever you are not here with me,
There is a place I go that makes me feel whole.
It takes away my fears and restores my soul.
This is my Sanctuary, it is filled with flowers to make me think of you.
Seeing the birds sing their songs makes me feel calm and peaceful.
So I go to Sanctuary thinking of you completes my world.

Every time we’re together
There’s a good feeling going on.
Either talking, singing, or holding hands,
I enjoy every moment
Your embrace against mine
You make me feel alive again.
That special someone that sparks
My feelings I have for you.
You’re a very special person
That makes me feel so good.
