Full Circle

No question
No change
Change to begin
Change to understand
Understand the defeat
Understand the loss
Loss of hope
Loss of self
Self defeated
Self worth
Worth trying
Worth sharing
Sharing ideas
Sharing life
Life alone
Life of questioning
Questioning my capability
Questioning my expectations
Expectations of understanding self
Expectations of love
Love others
Love self
Self giving
Self fulfilling
Fulfilling your life
Fulfilling a promise
Promise to try
Promise of a future of love
Love to take
Love to give
Give
Take

No Boundaries

Love does not entail defense of oneself
Involving pity or fear
Negaholism manifests it's ugly self again
Ever so sight but surely no need

Certain not knowing what to say, think or do
Rain falling down hard, it came on so fast, no umbrella to keep us safe
Out there all alone each of us stand, neither one reaching out a hand
Suffering heartache
Solitude and sorrow
Every day for a week
Does day light ever come?

Glisten

Drops fall
Gather like Braille
Inside the smooth wall

Unexpected hazel eyes
Striking Light
Lets the darkness rise

Dancing heart
As the rain Glistens
Let it impart

Fill the seven seas
One calm beat at a time
Impressing me

No compass
No Map
Just oneness

Red

Move Quick
Slow Down

The unhurried flow of the river as it moves over and around the sun beaten rocks, no predicted path, stable until the earth pattern changes and shifts under them

Smooth and strong, grey and pitted ,with deep scars. The fallen tree that supports two or more bodies and the weight that they carry

Basking in the open moment of giving and receiving love

Red Alert
Move Quickly

Inside I can sense the fear
Shut down
Heart beating out of control, in need of an empathetic touch before it freezes
Why do we allow cruel, jaded, illusions to rule and seep into our thoughts?
Bleeding

Slow Down
Courage to face fear
Feeling my heart hurt , I breath in
Finding hurt where I want to find love, I breath out

Red runs through all our veins
Listen to the quiet breeze swirling around
Feel the heat of the sun warm your cheek
Smell the sweet woods after the fallen rain let it wake you up, your alive!
Taste the lips of another

Balancing Scales
Not to fast ,
Not to slow ,
No holding on to an outcome
Open heart and mind
The color Red grounding me

All Four

To quote "Some say the world will end in Fire,
Some say in ice."
From feeling the heat of passion,
To the frozen depths of fear.
Why ration...
Water to tame the beast,
Air to soften and create a tear.
As Balance would mystically appear.
