Purushothama Rao Ravela Poem
How did you leave me my dear mom
When I am not able to open my eyes in the wee hours
As a tender child or a bud not blown to blossoming tacts
You made a departure that suited your fame
Now I am alone and aloof waiting for your fresh smiles
When a mother tends her children to the school
Fondling sweetly their heads with affection
Tears roll down into deep wells and streaming rivers
Making my heart wait for an ocean of sympathy from you
When a mother kisses her child with joy and delight
While he/she returns home safely with smiling stakes
My lips some how go dry as if a drought of despair ruled the heart
Who can dare to wet them my dear mom when you are absent once for all from
the earth
No doubt father tried all ways always to shower concern and care
Yet his hands can’t replace your tender ones’ kindness
I dream about you and feel high to submit my progress charts
Both academically and administratively in all my acts and deeds

Purushothama Rao Ravela Poem
Some times I feel dry of my heart
May be because of the drought spell
THAT ENCOMPASSED In our loving lands
Some times I feel HEAVILY rained in havoc
May be due to excessive love
You showered ON ME in that season
Some times I feel as if heavy darkness
Is Enveloping my eyes altogether alike
May be for the reason
you are not visible for a longer stint I suppose
Some times my eyes splash with high luster
may be your continued presence very nearer to me
has played such a thunderous and lightning act
What I need now is your serenity in all semblance
as I am not at all accustomed to vagaries of your love my Dear
or having needed capacity to withstand those atrocities in future
I desire just an equilibrium in all the walks in love life
Not an ounce over and above the requisition nor truly lesser in content
Be Human ! and Be kind enough to sprinkle all love and affection
In all seasons in equipoise and equitable in all titles

Purushothama Rao Ravela Poem
We agree to grieve
against all inaccuracies
that you plant ,going awry all the time
to make us fall as preys to your planted ill fate
Your reddened eyes
will not frighten me my friend!
Your hard heart
and autumnal feel always –do--.
Practically you are a key doll
ready to play foul in some ones' hands.
Humanity is not there
to counter your criminal bent of mind
and you feel not faulty at your heart beats
when some of their hopes and desires
are soaked in blood –shed
showered by your splinter stricken bombs
Have you not heard the cries of a mother
Who lost her grown up children?
Have you not heard the bane
showered on you by the children
Who lost their bread earners?
all these will not go unrewarded
by a suitable punishment in days to come.
Let not your own people meet this type of ill fate
Today or tomorrow,in the similar kind of unhappy blasts
