Robyn Scott Poem
Grief and joy live within the same section of the soul; without joy there would be no loss.
As our worlds go from day to night and day again we experience the circle of life and the inevitable surge of panic that, one day, there will be only one last sunrise to share. And as we capture the split second in time when our loved ones were still here, we take small comfort in knowing that their spirits exist within the clouds, the ocean, and the everlasting sun.
There will always be a sunrise but there will never be another sunrise with you.

Robyn Scott Poem
Sweet heart
Sweet baby
I promised I would take you to the Ocean
Your Soul does not belong in a little box
Your Spirit is too big to be confined
I know that you are already gone but I cannot let go of you just yet
Sweet heart
Sweet baby
I promise I will, one day, take you down to the water so that you can see
the whole world and all of the oceans
I cannot do that today
Sweet heart
Sweet baby
I need your beautiful box close to me when I go to sleep, when I wake up
I want to keep you a little longer
I have so many more lives to live before I get to the place where you are now
I know you led a beautiful sweet life
I know that your journey leads you to a more beautiful place
I need to keep you here with me
Thank you for letting me keep you here with me
I love you
Sweet heart
Sweet baby
You came to visit me in the sunshine and in the wind
Most of the time you're gone
You took a little piece of my heart and soul with you on your journey
You let me keep a little piece of your heart and soul here with me in return
It was the best exchange I ever made

Robyn Scott Poem
I found the place
It is not far
There is wind at the top
It carries your spirit
Near the ocean but above the sound
The place is quiet the place is green
It is like your eyes
In the ocean and in the wind
But you will never be here again
Another place I thought you would like
There was a curve there was an ocean
The cactus bloomed
Despite the damage
It grew and flourished
In the breeze and in the ocean
You are there but you are not here
