I,I Never Thought

I never thought ..

I never thought it would reach this point,
I never thought I would fall so deep.

I never thought you'd hurt when I disappoint,
I never thought because of you I wouldn't sleep.

I never thought..

....you'd fall for me,
I never thought anyone would.

I never thought of such sweet songs for me,
I never thought you'd switch me to a loving mood.

I never thought...

I never thought..I..
..
....I just never thought.

Come Next Valentine

I sit on this bench and remember Noah's Ark
God's creatures, walking two by two,in the City Park.
The smiles on their faces are enough to tell they in love
Each other, thats all, they'd ever want to have.

Red is the theme colour
and it doesn't resemble blood,
Peoples faces so aglow
today's mood? Pulsate

Though some are done for little
you can't imagine how much they're glad,
Tis like they were destined for each other;
commonly known as fate.

On this day I see love
But can't reach to it

On this day I feel love
But can't hold on to it

I can hear it speak
But saying nothing to me..
Love..
Will it ever be with me?

But am not alone
I still have my shadow
Slowing fading away
As I walk to a hopeful tomorrow.

My Dearest Intended is near
Can't wait for this day next year
I too will be in love, all smiles
Come,Valentines.

And if i won't be rich
Then there'll be no Diamond ring
Or a necklace made of Pearl
Only a paper made of tree
And a pencil made of the same..
That 'will give to Dearest
As a gift of love
That Dearest may write back
If,for me Dearest will feel the same.

Take the flower 'will give
Even if it won't be a Rose
Or a Daisy.

Someday,maybe
Will give Dearest a banquet of Rose flowers
An expensive Diamond ring
A Pearl necklace
Whatever money will bring.

Maybe only then
Will Dearest know
My love for ...
Which is in the heart
of ...

 Swain
