My Princess Charlene

I cannot describe these feelings its something i've never known
they arrived when i first met you, and since then have grown
I say its not love only to hear my mind whisper denial
Please tell me how do you make my heart stop with nothing but your smile
How do you take away my insecurities wash away my fears
why should such beautiful eyes know of such tears
i wish i could take you're heart to make you feel for just me
How can just one gentle touch of your hand change the rhythm of my heart beat
My heart is a prisoner of your beauty your every kiss sets a little free
your my every essential my lungs by which i breathe
my life as never lead me to prayer but now i pray for you never to leave

Fallen Hero

No man could clarify my pain into one single solitary word
when your hero falls whats there to feel but hurt
such a strong indivual unable to be knocked off their feet
never knowing the definition of lose, now openly admitting defeat
what happened to that strong determined person i had grown to admire
to hear you have fallen from the post of hero from which you have chosen to retire
as you fell from the pedastal i placed you on
i realised my character of admiration wasn't as strong
as the illusion of a person i built my life on
you were the template i drew my life from not what do i do
i'm half way through that drawing so do i finish it and fail like you
before your spirit weakened and your pride collapsed you were all i wanted to be
but now i see you for what you truly are, thats not what i want for me
how can somebody so true, be so free to abondon their honesty
you used to be so kind, noble, helpfull, showing nothing but modesty
you were there to show a better side to the world outdoors
never taking anything from others but now your taking a great deal more
you were a best friend a honest soul a shoulder to cry on
a solid post an open ear, a person to rely on
now your just an empty room, the bed on which i die on
you used to be an open mind i felt free to talk to
now you have chosen in my words the wrong woods to walk through
how do i tell you exactly how i feel
you know the worlds a dangerous place why let them steal
the one thing that seperates you from us, your precious loving soul
why dont you attack a situation with nothing but your all
you always put your heart before everything including wealth
you haven't just let down the world you've let down your self

The Swan In the Cemetary

The swan in the cemetery looked so out of place
in such a depressing location to see such a symbol of grace
a mystical message engraved on a level of hidden depth
a breath of fresh life, hidden amongst the death.
as i watched the swan pace between the gravestones with all the confusion it
presents
in a place of such solitude, i chuckle at the irony the swan represents
but all of a sudden the swan stops in its tracks.
looks up at the sky down at the ground and then over its shoulder as to look over
its back
with an insinuation in its actions that portrays an essence of surprise
as it stops looking around and focuses on my eyes
which some how against my will has me rested on my knees
as the swan opens its beak but instead of a sqwauk a human voice pleas
a plea of forgiveness for all that its done
a plea to say goodbye to his wife and his son
but then the swan descends into the ground through a grave with not as much as
a sqwauk
as i read the inscription on the stone i cry as i find it reads here lies hope

Alison

Alison, Alison my friend mentor the person who has ofered me advice
when things were not as calm as i sometime would have liked
but you always found a way to show me how to recognise
all the wrongs in my school life and the select rights
but as far as help goes i would like to say
a heart felt thankyou for helping me find the way
although we both know time to time i will stray
but even then i know you'll be offering the same
advice my mind as become familiar with
and evn when communications fail us you will have left me with morals i shall
depend on as long as i live

A Mochary of Democracy

Watch away the seconds, the hands of time
Whether its a life of glamour or a life of grime
minutes make hours and hours make days
Good thing Bad thing the memory stays
The life you lead is through your own choice
dont be controlled stand up and have a voice
Bad life is hatred, a gaping big hole
we are all human just bricks in a wall
the more bricks you use the higher they tower
As the bricks increace so does the power
Truth is false, hope is gone
The land of the weak dominated by the strong
Another worl leader another bomb drops
being raised as a boy in a bubble but now the bubble pops
If the message is there to help then why is it so subliminal
If crime never pays then why is there so many criminals
This country is strong, protected by political fear
If the world is such a dangerous place, how much longer are we here

Why Be Me, Would You Be Me?

I have to save face
make sure i don't fall from grace
As we all fall on bad times now and then
but how e deal with the situation separates boys from men
but then again
maybe sometimes
its ok to cry
as your all world falls to your feet
if the light is so far away and help is so discrete
if every message god sends is so incomplete
maybe then its ok to share your fears
because for so many years
the only thing i have seen with my eyes is my own tears
hassle from every angle i'm looking
people so often spitting in my face i want to lye down as my back hurts from the
constant ducking

Just For You

I have something to say, a special gift to pass on
I am poor in material possession but i will still honour this bond.
All i do have i offer to you
I cannot buy you diamonds so i hope my heart will do
so with this i vow, my heart and soul
To give you all i possess you may take all
I own, as i offer to you all that i have
I want to tell you i love but am afraid you will laugh
I wish to say again in a manner so truly
That you may take my heart and soul that exist for you purely
I give you my words and a smile though i know its not alot
But in truth i have given you all i have got
I give you promise to love you for as long as i live
I know its not much but its all i can give

Mozart Composition

I would like you to relax and maybe you could listen
to my soul trapped in an art, a mozart composition
in a way related in a kind
the deafening sound to the deaf and the blinding light to the blind
please dont think of my words as have no meaning
i apologise for the hidden message's i present its just i was writing while
dreaming
of a place where my talents will be recognised instead of diminished
people will acknowledge my mozart composition before my time is finished

Knows Not

A man of con knows not of quality
A man of betrayal knows not of loyalty
a man of crime knows not of possession
a man of sacreligion knows not of confession
a man of lies knows not of true
a man of contradiction knows not of what to do
a man of great power knows not of concern
a man of great humility knows not which way to turn.

Why is this?

Land of the Free

A self righteous partition to divide the herds
of political correctness protected by quilted words
but what hppens when the stitching becomes undone
and peoples real views can be expressed and they find it fun.
and dont want to go back to having there freedom of speech restricted
and the curtaain that rests upon the world is lifted
so people can see the heavens above
i would never love to fight but i would fight for love
if martrydom is just, and martyrs go to heaven.
does that mean there was a reward for the cowards who expressed there
fundamentalism through the 9/11
or was it not martrydom at all, its just that in this land
religion is the first excuse as its something we dont all understand
