I'M No Differn'T

How can you say that you've never been there
you just sit there and watch and stare.
Feeling sorry isn't gonna help anyone anywhere
not helping is the same as not doing anything.
Equality is hard to find anywhere skin color, gender
but no one is perfect so why should anyone care.
Sure you're not me and im not you
but it doesn't mean you're differen't
Your just one of the many few
I know it's hard to speak up
but someday you're gonna have to.

I Can Be Me

dont tell me im a stranger in my own town
jus cause i dont like everyone else around
im homebound
been qiet since i dont know when
hard to speak up
trying not t pretend
that im not who i say i am
i just cant speak up in front of them
because its to hard
i was trapped inside a world of fear
i couldnt move the box so i had to break through it or tear
its like nothing else mattered
or no one else would care
i only cared of what they thought of me
and i still kept the dream of what i wanted to be
i wanted them t know and i wanted them to see
that i could speak for myself
i could be free

Unrecognized

Why can't I have what you have
me being equal isn't enough
If i put in the same amount of work that you do
then why do you get more stuff
Ive worked so hard for this moment
Only to be deprieved of my rights
You've done nothing to deserve it
but ive worked for all of my stripes
mostly all my life

Love and Hate

I hate the way you love me
and I don't know what to do
because everyday I'm getting closer
to falling in love with you
friendships are forever
but relationships don't last
and if I ruin this one
then it'll remind me of my past
but I don't want you to stop loving me
I wanna set you free
because love isn't worth the pain of losing what could be

Prevailing Cheaters

if they say cheaters never prevail
then why do non cheaters fail
they tap they're pen and walk without pacing
they take you're dream and walk without chasing
they follow the leader and stop on the hundred meter
they get good grades
they get behind you in the shade
but yet you're left forgotten to rotten and fade
but you're always caught cheating
and the blame keeps repeating
and so you think to yourself
why did I have to cheat like everyone else

You Never Left

You never left
You just stayed in my heart
the breakup was painful
and it tore me apart
and when I see you with her
I wonder were we went
and all the time we were together
was it well spent
I know you still think of me
when your alone at night
when you cover up
when your tucked in tight
I cant help seeing you everyday
and not blushing
or keeping my heartbeat at bay
you scarred me where they couldn't see
and you marked a line
where it shouldn't be

It's You

I love you more then him
My like for him is different
not stickier then our pin
ill make you my mission
he makes me miss you less
and when your not here
when your gone I'm a mess
I feel guilty for enjoying him
but he makes me feel so sane
I know you feel your losing me
I'm causing you great pain
but i'll wait on you forever
through the sunshine and the rain

All

I gave it all for you
You didn't care what I went through
But you can't have me and the whole world to
so you chose the bad over what your heart could do
You didn't care who was hurting
or who threw me in the dirt and
but you looked around and watched it
and you didn't try to stop it
But you could have fought of it

My Ins

I question myself everyday
afraid of what people might say
afraid of the price that I might have to pay
I'm afraid to look you in the eye
insecurity is the reason why
im afraid to take of my jacket
and exspose scarred skin
our for people to ask were ive been

The Lone Train

I didn't know where I was going
but I know where I'd be
adventure lies a head
and in a world I could only see
the train I got on
I rode alone
It sent me to places only I could dream
things were perfect that's the way that it seemed
if i got off then no one would care
so just a few more adventures and I'd be there
