Every Time I Look Into Your Eyes

Every time I look into your eyes

Something breaks inside

My lips don’t turn, my stomach churns

When I reminisce the beautiful times.

Every time I look into your eyes,

I starve to find that love.

But all I get is muffled cries,

Hidden somewhere behind your mesmerizing orbs.

Every time I look into your eyes,

I regret every single time I waved you away.

Oh how I wish I could go back in time

When you were the start and end of my day.

Every time I look into your eyes,

I gasp at the hatred they radiate.

I’d change it all in the roll of a dice

But you’ve got too much on your plate.

Yeah, I do. I still love you! Broken up or not.

Take me back, just this once.

I’ll give you the reasons you want.

I realised that I made a big mistake

When I said I needed space.

Now that I am sure you are all I need,

You don’t want anything to do with me.

Your guard is up, I know why.

I just left- without so much of a goodbye.

Now that I need you? You don’t need my lies…

But all I want is to look into those eyes.

Because every time I looked into your eyes,

I was proud to say you’re mine

But I guess that’s what is life

And you lose when you cross the line.

Secrets Behind Success

Success never depends on
The way you dress or speak
What it demands for
Is your happiness at its peak!

It never comes to a person
Who thinks of himself to be the best
Life instead proves to him that
Over confidence has made him an unwanted pest

Success never chases the one who gets
The literal meaning of dedication
And the one ehose hardwork
Never takes a vacation

Burning the midnight oil
Is the first lesson for success
Hardwork is the only thing
Ehich does not harm
Even in excess

The second mantra to succeed
Is to build self confidence
But if built in over
Can prove to be an interferance

Following the four D's
Dedication discipline devotion determination
Will lead you best to dream completion
And will givevyou power
To overcome fear of tough competition

These mantras, if accomplished
Can cause you to succeed
But only if you don't let
Pride to breed
This will destrot your future with a thrive
And may cause you to strive

Otherwise, noone can block your way
Even oroblrms will tend to stay away!!

I Ride In the Rain

Bubbles in my heart
Confidence never drains
Baby you never know how
I ride in the rain

Drops of water falling to the ground
Giving the canopy its very own crown
I feel excitement in my veins
Excitement to ride in the rain

When everybody goes to bed
I stay up and practice in vain
Because I am well trained
of how to dance in the rain

No matter I slip or slide
Or step in the drains
No one can stop me from
Riding in the rain

Studying or working all day long,
Tell me what will you gain?
Just go out, enjoy life
Flutter and jump in the rain

Story of My Life

Story of my life
Full of great pleasure
Balloons of sweet smiles
And talents as a treasure..

Blooms of friendship
Blunders of surprises
School of values
And thousands of solutions
Before a probkem arises...

A bag full of chocolates
Abode of taste
Interesting studies
No time to waste...

My fun book of talent
Preperation for tomorrow
Blast of happiness
No place for sorrow!!

You Love Me Till the End

You are my inspiration
You are my belief
You are my life
You are my relief

You stand before me
You give me an embrace
You show your unconditional love
You present your grace

You make way for success
You guide me like thee
You help me throughout
You make me smile for free...

You give cute expressions
You give excellent suggestions
You give me motivation
You show your determination

You are my father
You are my friend
You are great
You love me till the end..

My Motivation

Down the sandy ground
Where the magma floats
Deep down in there
I bury my doleful thoughts

Upward near the space
Where the stars shine
I let my aims fly
To make my future an ideal sign

Right and left
Like the trees sway
I sway my qualities
And push the bad ones
Miles and miles away

Each day,
Inspired by the sinking sun
I drown my badlucks
To succeed in the long run

When I observe
A flame of fire
My heart tells me
Catch it..Jump higher..

The marvellous sight of natur
Motivates me
I live life king size
And stay happy for free..

A Wolf and a Dove

A white mope of peace,
The dove flew to the East of Greece.
To meet the only one that mattered,
To reconcile whatever had shattered.

She had seen a shadow howl under the full moon,
The voice so deep that she wanted to see the creature soon.
The sight turned her into a puddle of goo,
And she decided- it was the wolf that she wanted to woo.

She introduced herself with a heart melting chirp
He had just nodded, but that didn't shatter her hope.
She'd stay up till midnight
Only to witness the jaw-dropping sight.

One day he finally gave in
And told her he was an alpha, with a proud grin.
They started to go out and know each other better,
When they were away, they's lovingly post a letter.

But one night the wolf lost his mind
And hunted down a dove without rewind.
Only then did he realise where he stood
And planned to keep his dove away from him. It hurt him to do it, but he knew it would.

The wolf knew he wasn't good for her
He'd lose himself in his hunger
He thought she won't be safe in the beast's cave
But the dove wasn't as naive.

She just wouldn't take the hint
Her eyes never lost their innocent petite glint.
She wasn't ready to let him go just yet,
She didn't want to be proved just another pet.

So the wolf gave her a little show
Called her over three days in a row.
He'd hunt down birds and bring out the beast
But the dove being her, wasn't bothered in the least.

He now decided to go for the only way he could, to keep her safe
With his head held high, sauntered out of the cave.
He grabbed her friend and dove in with a roar, his eyes darkening in colour
As the dove stood spellbound, watching in horror.

The two hearts never met again
They lost their soils 'cause they used their brain
They had their chance but they threw it away
Only to conclude at the end of every day
That he was a wolf and she was a dove
And some people are just not made for love...

Haunting Past

I was ten, my own useless nothing
No money, no food, no toys as a child could I bring!
My only possession was my little, harmless brother
His eyes so blue reminded me of mother.....

A dark storm had struck, long ago that eve
I still remember the words "Sorry there is nothing we can retrieve.."
The house lay in ruins, mixed with stone and rocks
I cried, he cried, and I gently brushed his blonde locks!

Mum-dad lay somewhere, down-below the scattered lawn,
Oh! I still remember how they pushed us, out-safe that stormy dawn!
No one left to love-cherish, no one to simply care,
No one to pass a smile, to feel what we bear!

I had sworn that dreary night
I would be his dad and mother...
A light made my world bright,
My brother, Oh! My brother.

It did not take me long to get,
That world was thirsty for tears,
Not those of joy, of laughs or smiles
But those of your darkest fears!

The forces took us into custody
Aunt Anne owned us then
Dark, small, abode of dust
Our new room was more of a den!

But as long as she loved us
Or rather did pretend
I thought I wont make a fuss
But the trouble for my little one had to end!

I made the fire, did the dishes
Cooked the food and fed the fishes
I cleaned the bathroom and all of the mess
I adjusted, but she made me suffer- an year with only one dress!

She would scare John, my lil- snow
Made him stay up for late
No school, no games
She scraped my teddy's fate!

I knew this had to stop,
I felt the need to do..
Then an idea struck
And my eyes shone their brightest blue!

It was the same night, same storm
I dreamt of how our world had torn
A knife in my hand, I headed to the lawn,
I had to do that just for my John!

The clouds growled, the winds dwelled...
My mistress yawned, my way led!

I screwed the knife through her waist,
Twisting it for end of the wild
She turned behind, in quite a haste
I drew back, her smile was mild!

She bowed down, to my surprise
A feel of shame, did sure arise
This one thing- future did I dread
I took my brother and far I fled!

They still look for the killer
Me, it was! Oh such a thriller.
Guilt still feeds on all parts of me
But my angel sets me free!

This was MY story to mourn
I swear I could have sworn
There will, sure be one bright night,
When I will bring this crime of mine in his sight....

When I'M Gone

Life I got, but the chance wasn't fair.
It took all in me to numb the pain.
One day I will sublime to thin air,
And flow as blood in your veins.

As the clouds gather around,
Will you glance up at the sky?
As I fall as rain on the ground,
Would you miss me when it gets dry?

When you breathe the air I sublimed to,
Will you recognize my scent?
Will you remember who I was,
When I get blown by the wind?

When people hesitantly bring me up,
Will you shed a tear or two?
Thinking of how you called me love,
And I meant the world to you?

When you pass by the roses I grew,
Will they have lost their rouge?
When you touch the drops of dew,
Will you reminisce the feel of my touch?

Like She Loved Him

She loved him with all she had
He hurt her like the useless brat
She set the room up, candles glistening under the moonlight
He broke in, shouted, slapped her and left without so much of a goodnight
She tossed and turned, sleepless on the ground
While he slept, wasted with alcohol around
She shed her tears without a sound...
He came back, reeking of stale beer and flipped her off with a rude sneer
She nodded, quietly obliged and slept in the guest room, synchronized.
One day when he returned, he looked possessed
Growling like the pig he was, he held her by the hair.
Pushed her down and tied her to a chair
He was a monster in a man's disguise, if you haven't already guessed.
He smirked, an evil smirk like those evil witches
And slashed her wrist so hard it didn't heal even when she got stitches...
She ran away with a thought in mind
She won't let the past rewind.
One day he'll need her like she needed him,
One day he'll wait like she always waited
One day he'll cry like she turned grim
One day he'll know what it's like to be frustrated...
One day he'll pant of all efforts
One day he'll be all hopeless and curt
One day he'll feel the unshed tears brim
One day he'll love her like she loved him
He'll feel all helpless, cold to the bone
He'll do all possible to get her back home.
He'll realize what he had is lost
He'll die in hell, his bones will rot.
The day when he's finally found her, he'll show up with a grin
That day he'll love her but ??she won't love him...
