Butterfly

Oh, I wish for wings
To fly like a butterfly,
I would surrender to the wind carefree
And dream my hidden dreams.

Oh, I wish for wings,
That would take me to the sweet grove,
Where a golden sunflower is found,
That exudes its smell and splendour.

Oh, I wish for wings,
So I could fly there now,
To cling to you and kiss you,
To enjoy this given day with you.

Oh, look, I'm already flying,
In the freedom of my heart I rush around the world
and uniquely created
I live the most beautiful song.

I Care For You

I care for you

I care for you ...

... 'cause you are,
    'cause you are beautiful,
    'cause you are holy,
'cause your voice is like water murmoring,
'cause your touch is soft as velvet,
    'cause your glance is heavenly,
'cause your heart is God-fearing and shy,
'cause you love given the chance (to love),
'cause you are free like a poppy (flower).

 ... so simple,
    so misterious,
    the greatest art.

No more, no less,
I care for you ...

Rad te imam ...

 ... ker si,
     ker si lepa,
     ker si sveta,
ker je tvoj glas kot šum voda,
ker je tvoj dotik nežen kot žamet,
     ker je tvoj pogled Božanski,
     ker si podoba Boga Najvišjega,
ker je tvoje srce Bogabojece in sramežljivo,
ker ljubiš kot ti je dano,
ker si svobodna kakor makov cvet.

 ... kako preprosto,
     kako skrivnostno,
     najvecja umetnost.

 Nic vec nic manj,
 rad te imam ...

Face

I’m staring in the face and thinking
what all presents it brings to me,
smiles, shining eyes,
hair and wrinkles.

Oh, how many times would I look,
but just couldn’t see
the beauty that is hiding,
but also revealing itself
when you look through the eyes of a child.

 And what do you see,
what do you feel,
what do you hear,
what do you touch?

 A mystery ...

And how can I unlock the mystery,
how can I crush its seal?

 Contemplate, watch and see,
'cause you are beheld.

And then you shall see the heart
and be amazed.
Amazed? What will amaze me?

You will see the world behind curtains,
where each wrinkle tells its own story
about the sacrifices of life.

The face is a picture of love,
the more of love you have,
the more the face is shining.

And suddenly it's not just a face anymore.
It is a visage.
