One Last Touch

Why did he have to die?
He didn't even get to say goodbye
He left us late one night
We need him here to hold tight
You took and made him an angel now
While we sit, wonder, and ask how
If you would only send him back
Then our lives would be back on track
We miss our friend so much
What we'd give for one last touch
One last look at his beautiful face
Now he's staying at God's Place
Just one chance to hear his voice
Now we don't have a choice
We will one day have our revenge
We'll be looking 'til the very end

Smiling Down

Last night a life was taken away
"God you really should've let him stay
We know that you want him up there with you
But we need him as much as you do"
He filled our hearts with joy
He was just a young boy
With him our days were filled with laughter
And lots of happy ever afters
We know he's not coming back
Oh What I'd give to hear"Let me hit that Black"
John is someone we'll never forget
Atleast we know he had no regrets
As we have to lay him to rest
We'll have to ace a test
A very hurtful pain
Like tight gripping chains
We'll have to pull together
Then soon it'll all get better
No one can ever take his place
Just look up and see his smiling face
