New Beginnings

For this day I have unchained my past…
Insecurities no longer linger…
Sadness is an emotion from another life…
Anger is no longer devouring my world…

For this day the present holds exploration…
Confidence holds truth to everyday…
Contentedness consumes every emotion…
Desire penetrates my soul…

Every phase of life holds a great purpose…
If fear was non existent… courage wouldn’t have a face…
With out heartache appreciation would never be…
Bitterness is the first step to desire…

For every emotion we hold is part of our journey

Whisper In the Wind

I often sit under an oak tree and feel the wind caress my face.

Days of emotion, I truly listen to what the wind has to say.

Moments I am gloomy it's as if it is kissing the nape of my neck.

Times I am bitter it's as if it's storming, wanting to dominate.

On a blissful afternoon I am joined in a dance...

I hear the whispers, " Weep child for it's ok, Scream you are aloud,

Dance it will enlighten your soul ". After the whispers fade the tears fall like

the rains from above. When the rivers from the heart has dried up a

sense of tranquility falls upon me. Passionate screams fill the sky like

thunder, after the storm has subsided a serene touch warms my heart.

Suddenly I am captivated by laughter... " No control "... I feel as if I am

intoxicated with joy.

" At days end I know I heard whispers in the wind "

Let Go of My Heartache

As I look into there sweet, innocent face my soul cries.
There eyes full of tears and confusion I now see.
Acting out is an everyday occurrence which I have come accustom to.
Sadness and anguish is all around for this is the only emotion we know.

My eyes are opening my tears are falling…..
Dry your eye, understanding is hear….
Affections are awakening, will you accept….
Happiness and joy is entering, please embrace….

When I have heartache you are crying for.
For I was so busy weeping I never saw your pain.
All of this time my cure was right in front of my face.

For every hug I can keep going …. For every smile I can be
At peace…. For every time you laugh my heart no longer aches..
For all of this child you are my blessing.

You can let go… Have no more worries….. Be free….
Mommy will forever love you ….

Making Love

Words are foreign… for this feeling …
Touch is everything at this moment…
Your body tells me everything…

You seem to know exactly what I need…
I am consumed with your love…
Your eyes put me in a trance…

Breathing is difficult…
I am in a place unknown…
Terrified and anticipation is all I feel…

For every touch my body screams for more…
For every look my heart longs for what’s to come…
For every unspoken word makes us one…
