A Smile

This is the only way,
that you brighten your day,
with a single smile,
you can move  a mile,
and change a gloom to a glow.

This i have learnt from experience,
that a smile in silence ,
is much better than gloom in silence,
for when your face lightens up,
the tension sorrounding also lifts up.

Want  to make friends?,smile
want to make an assurance?,smile
want to have a healthy looking face?smile
for when that smile appears,
it halfs your fears.

My friend when the going is tough,
and the road is rough,
and the weight too heavy to bear,
just smile and you will feel  much lighter, 
that is the power of a smile!

Hey You

Hey you,you who thinks you own the world
certain people you cannot be around
you smile ear to ear like you feel enthralled
owe to them that do not know your mind
and read the contempt you hold
that's when they will realize you are not who you are.

You are always in the front line
with everyone you dine
but when it comes to share
your hand you hide
its you,yes you
whom am talking to.

I Wish I Was His

What is this that makes me blossom with bliss                                 
making every part of my body freeze
and the whole world and its occupants seize
when i glance at him i wish
that i was the only one  he feels
but am wrong,oh!how i realy wish i was his!

I see him everyday,in my heart i pray
that one very day,he will have something to say,
that will make me stay ,
and hear me say,"i have waited for this day"
oh!how i wish i was his!

Here i am,
all alone i come,
to tell you how
sorry i am,
for what i had
become.

You are the best of
the best friends i
have,
and i don't want us
to lose what we
have,
so i have to work
hard on my part,
that i may not be
cut,
from the paradise i
sol long.

You are ever loving,
your glory is
overcoming,
in this world you
are my everything,
you have taught me
to live believing,
yes 'papa' i live
for you.

For your son you
gave,
for me to live,
what can i give,
'papa' myself i
give.

My Saviour

Life has its own
challenges
But in the midst of
all that
Somehow I still have
the strength to move
on
Not because I am
strong enough
But it’s who that is
in me that
strengthens me.

So I keep pressing
on, I continue
holding on,
My hope is still
high I won’t let go,
For when am almost
in desperation,
My savior
rejuvenates me.
