Toni Johns Poem
The girl you see today,
Is not what she used to be,
She used to be so fragile,
If you could have been able to see.
The girl you see today,
Used to cry herself to sleep
Suffering with depression,
Her emotions ran so deep.
The girl you see today,
Was bullied for no good reason,
Hating school everyday,
And throughout every season.
The girl you see today,
Was lonely and rejected,
Had nearly no friends,
And by half her family was neglected.
The girl you see today,
Was so innocent and small,
Couldn't free herself,
From the bullies and their wall.
The girl you see today,
Is no longer what she was before,
She's rude and uncaring,
Because she doesn't want to hurt anymore.

Toni Johns Poem
Demolish your demons, demolish the pain.
Enlarge your smiles, happiness you will gain.
Slaughter the evil, inside your mind.
This makes you feel better, I think that you'll find.
Ruin the agression, keep peace in your head.
Understand the problem and be civil instead.
Calmness around others, even if you don't like them.
The rivalry we do condemn.
It's your choice, about your, mental destruction
Only don't be fooled by a fatal obstruction.
Never let the mode of anger be on overproduction.

Toni Johns Poem
They tell you what to do,
They decide who you are,
They tell you how to think,
They take it way too far.
They pick all of your friends,
If you're allowed any at all,
They push you down,
You can't break the fall.
They keep digging at you,
Kicking you when you're down,
No one helps you recover,
That's why you always wear a frown.
They won't leave you alone,
Their agression fails to subside,
Physically or not,
The forms of bullying are all allied.
You don't know what to do,
You can't decide who you are,
You are told how to think,
It's going way too far.
You've got limited friends,
If you have any at all,
You've been pushed down,
There's no way to break the fall.
You've had enough of them digging at you,
They keep kicking you when you're down,
You need help to recover,
To stop that horrid frown.
You want to be left alone,
You want their agression to subside,
Whether they hit you or not,
The bullies are all allied.
You no longer care anymore,
The pain is just too much,
You separate yourself,
From the bullies and their clutch.
Alone in your room,
You believe, is the safest place to be,
Forget school and going out,
It will soon work out, you'll see.
You need to talk about it,
Tell someone who's in power,
Bullying must be stopped,
In this week, this day, this hour.

Toni Johns Poem
How do you see?
What is your perception?
Is this how it could be?
Or is it just deception?
How do you see others?
Do you judge the less able?
Are they family, like brothers?
Or are they just unstable?
How do you see you?
Are you good or are you bad?
What is your view?
Are you crazy, are you mad?
But are you at liberty to judge?
Can't others be who they are?
What if they hold a grudge?
You'll be left with the scar.
