Fire

Note(when just discovered)

It was a warmth that kept us
sane,
And without it we would
complain,
Your Beauty does always sooth,
And now around it we could not
move,

But then a day of dark and
gloom,
And then a rainstorm went
suddenly boom'
But then the rain did start to
pour,
And then we cried oh please no
more,

And then calmly the pour did
stop,
But the baby lightly cried in its
cot,
So the fire went but said no
goodbye
And all we could do was sit
there and cry,

But then suddenly a bolt did
strike,
And came down with a bang
witch gave a fright,
Suddenly the wood did start to
light,
And then the fire came back
with great height,
