Kelly Taylor Poem
You are sitting on raw skin
Too thin to pad
Your polyester lining
And conform to your
Thick lines of droop
Sad form
Slow age crept up
Like decades of neglect
And wound their way
To your tired set
Of withering reproach

Kelly Taylor Poem
Blistering bubbles like the round supple of youth
Turned stretched and thin by age and skeptecism
The green chalk that coated my hands
Took the sketch from my playful doodle
And was washed away by one long rain

Kelly Taylor Poem
They were white once
Until the hue of rage
Tinted them pink
As colors blend
Muted vibrance keeps
It shone a fair ware
Very fashionable they say
And I grew a fondness
For that particular shade
