I thought our love for each other had rhythm but it turned out to be lust…” I use fear, distrust and envy for control purposes”…Distrust…something that runs through our blood lines making it almost impossible to shake your hand because the next day you learned that man was the same one who killed your mother and the one who abandoned your brother……..”INTELLIGENCE, SIZE, SEX”….. but in their minds we have no intelligence….we’re fools that can’t follow rules…constantly in jail because our lack of wanting to achieve goals…so you find a girl and get her pregnant and there both of yall life’s go….raising another soul without the proper knowledge so there goes one more whos not going to college....”DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST AND ENVY STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION”….again with this distrust…are we really free…I see brothers give high 5s….turn around pull the trigger…..and BOOM he’s gone….seems like Tupac and Biggie had this struggle…trust no one and always try to hustle…” YOUNG black male against the OLD black male DARK skin vs. LIGHT skin LIGHT skin vs. DARK skin. FEMALE vs. the MALE, MALE vs. Female”….team lightskin…team darkskin…parents mean nothing I can act a fool and do whatever I want...I cheat on her because I don’t care…I cheat on him…what he doesn’t know wont hurt him…sounds familiar right?...where do we stand because we are far from holding hands…what do we do because our race is constructing a different face…who are we…where are we….what do we stand for…we are dividing ourselves….without looking at each other and seeing that we’re all the same…we have to realize that each of our songs rhyme…but we’re falling apart every second...every minuet….every hour….tell me…please tell me….Where is our….Black Power....

Think fast....react slowly....love hard....trust no one....speak out....but not loudly...smile on the outside...cry all day on the inside....be nice...but fight against everyone to be number one.....stay true...lie to save your life......

You never know what it could be unless you try, you got to put your "Fears" and "What-if's" to the side because their the things that's holding you back most.... you never know if it can be good or bad unless you just try, a wise person takes the good they've been handed but only a fool would reject it........
