Teamwork

Teamwork could happen.
Challenge to get ahead now.
Expect some to crash.

The Boss - Maybe Tomorrow

With the boss pulling and the workers pushing, with the Square Wheels on the wagon and the round wheels in it:

The boss views the path.
Roll forward faster better.
Maybe tomorrow...

Business Haiku - Improvement and Reailty

Ideas for improvement.
No one has bothered to listen.
Winter of discontent.

Slacker employees?
They work hard. Push with Square Wheels.
A Spring awakening?

The landscape. No blame.
Should have planned downhill journey.
Thumping could be fixed.

Are Bosses unaware?
Square Wheels are always thumping.
Listen. Small Improvements here.

Wasting time you say.
Boss will not make any improvement.
Kick his butt downhill.

Praise from boss for efforts.
Way too much wasted energy.
Push with more effort?

With praise of boss for efforts.
But too much wasted energy.
Tender resignation…

Dreams of improvement.
Shattered by reality of being ignored.
Square Wheels always thump.

Things all built to last.
Wagon is quite nicely made.
Wheels must be improved.

A wagon not empty.
Round wheels are most abundant.
Implement some now.

Square Wheels On the Wagon, Round Wheels In It

The landscape. No blame.
Should have been designed downhill.
Thumping could be fixed.

If Bosses Would Listen

With the wagon rolling forward on Square Wheels and a cargo of round rubber tires, the wagon pushers need change.

Are Bosses unaware?
Square Wheels are always thumping.
Listen. Small improvements here.

The Rat Cage of Work

(This is illustrated with a Square Wheel wagon being pulled and pushed in a large "rat cage" - making NO progress

Work's like a rat cage.
You go round and round and round.
It is a Winter of Despair. And,
You hope Spring comes quickly.
