The Dream

This life has turned around
many curves past many
beautiful places that have
beckoned me to stop and walk
among the wild flowers.

I have stopped to walk among
the wild flowers bending low to
smell and gaze at their intricate
colors wondering if there is
anyone out there that would pull
me down and explore the
wonders of this world ?

I look for a woman to complete
me to bring to my world what I
can not give.

I dream of a woman that I will
pour a bath for , light candles
for that I will wash her back in
the moon light and ask her to
dance to the sound of the
waves.

I dream of a woman I smell on
the breeze , who's eyes I swim
in dropping all pretenses on the
shore. My skin is so soft that a
baby will coo when she touches
my chest.

She would appreciate me not
for my beauty, but even more
for the beauty inside my soul.

She has a smile that comes
from inside and some would say
rivals the sun.

She will move with confidence
and she will look for a man
whose touch is tender and this
touch awakens all who meet
him to the fact that there is love
in this world.

When ever she is near I will not
be able to contain myself and
my body will respond
automatically pulling her gently
to me.

My heart will always want to
make her smile. Yet she is no
twig to be broken.

She is strong and resilient like a
willow bending but never
braking in the wind.

Her sadnesses is deep he knows
the pain of this world, but her
joy brightens a room.

She calls to the man in me to
love her so deeply, to find every
way to pleasure her and she
wants to do the same.

I could hold, kiss , make love to
her all day and she would beam
when we stepped outside to go
for a swim. These are my
dreams this is the heart I carry.

I am gentle and I am
independent but I love oh so
deeply! Is it you my woman?

Regardless

I know you have heard many love stories, some that melt your heart
Can’t tell you about mine but you gotta know that love is still stronger
I never had to remember all it all started, cause I threw it in the cart
But there is one I held back, so I could never go to that place that will make me die faster

There’s nothing in making friends, there’s nothing in making love, can you make it last?
Promises are meant to be kept, rules are meant to be broken, not my screwed heart
All I’ve ever wanted is to hold that which is so real, you and everlasting enchantment
Do you ever imagine how it feels to be in love secretly with the one you cherished?

Waking up each night with feelings so deep, wishing I met you earlier on
Having many things in common but at the same time knowing that nothing can happen on the ferry
Loving against all odds so silently that it kills, so slowly like a poison
Still wishing you could see through the heart to know what I have held for you so dearly

Love can be so complicated; what if her heart beats is for another and not you?
You know a lot about me, my fears, my voice, my aura, these things you know
I don’t know a thing about you, but if you ask me, I’d say ‘’I know I love you’’
What if our heart beats are in the same resonance frequency but we don’t just know?

There is this little thing I’ve had for you and which I will still keep only for you
It has grown to what I can’t hide inside for that long time you think
But I still believe that the surest Angel will always know how to fly
Today I choose to fly with you even though I don’t know where it will take me, guess beside you

The Sexy Part of Me

The sexiest part of my body

Isn’t my dark and shaped eyebrow.

It isn’t my awesome smile

Or even my bedroom eyes

The sexiest part of my body

Isn’t my red and full lips.

It isn’t sexy musculine looks

Or the different color of my eyes.

The sexiest part of my body

Isn’t my soft, silken skin.

No, the sexiest part of my body

Is something that lies deep within.

The sexiest part of my body

Took most of my lifetime to see

Cause the sexiest part of my body

Is the part that just loves being me.

It's My Birthday

The mind cannot grasp its beauty's
even though it count the colour's
just like rainbows _ pretty's
the heart accepts its glamour's

your heart accepts its glamour's
till the sky falls from the heavens
a conundrum so candour
with tears from the eyes of a raven

adding radiance to life's breath
saying goodbye to hurt and lust
love that is stronger than death
calls us back _ when we're lost.

Silent Tears Always Speak

Somewhere that you can be,
but I can't be
Living with lies, but I know you
still care
Same thing that you can do, but
I can't do
The teardrop that I caught, but
you didn't care.

From beneath the heart, your
smiles behind the shoulder
Faces you put up and the
feelings you hid below the hips
An open heart with clouded
mind,went dark makes me
shudder
Numb over the softness of the
palm nor the sweetness of the
lips.

It meant too much, for we were
so in love
Costed me much,with the
stream of tears... Blurred
Was drown In it, till it flew of
like a grey dove
A thousand wishes,now standing
with a dead rose... Marred.

Happy Birthday Rachael

Through the wee hours of the dawn
On a cold autumn night of
February. The harmattan harsh
And dry breeze blowing

I overhear the leaves weepy-scratchy
Noise. Still but almost conscious,
Generously, her angelic face
Came, flashing, over my memory

And those valentine that passed,
One whom cannot be forgotten.
Smiles as tender, Rachael,
Emenaha says "all the best".

At a Glimpse

I saw a man who is
insane
whose wife divorced
him
his only son
abandoned him
living a life in a fast
lane

I saw a lady whose
husband
loved that much that
he forgot
his scruples because
of what passed
through his gut
frankly dying with a
wedding band

I saw a girl paralyzed
by a disease
sitting while giggling
as she sentries other
kids
acting the role of
queens and kings
hoping for a miracle
while dying at ease.

The Love I Breathe

Above the deep blue clouds, i
overhear you hauling like the east wind
kissing all over my neck, where i
lay, so beautiful as the butterfly wing

which I cannot catch
only to feel the lifelong soothe
you offer before the sun hatch
and discomfort me in my suit

ample _ sweats falls like tears
from the rain down to my ring
you never stop flirting with my ears
times you come by and sing.

Difficult

Still alone here
you still alone there,
pleasure I found in you
my peace, lost without you

the pains from a distance
snoozing amongst the guilt
the things you do _ for instance
casting down the castle _ we
built.

you can’t live without care
can’t be without hurt
but at least a heart to bear
and a life of trust.

For Mum

Abhorred by the black race
but sold out to grace
spine and thorns over the crown
face with smiles like clown

never perceived the astuteness
of understanding
for the eyes sees all the things
without standing
feeling apathy for them who
are sorry
behind the xmas tree, hanged
with cheery

for the wishes, the angels and
saints
at war with the prince of Persia
and demons, grew faint
over the xmas gift I wished for
which never came
to see her gorgeous face- mom,
non to blame.
