Akhil Nagar Poem
We’ve all been a part of universe,
though not as older as nature,
& its not wise to think of only us as adverse,
as we’ve got something as imperfect as this creature.
We’ve always been aware of known side of coin,
& the other side’s been left unknown,
for all those who appreciate nature’s gifts & variety,
there are numerous realities to be shown.
You bless them with fertile land, rivers & favourable climate,
they’ll exploit these legacies to become superior races,
but what about these barren lands, & unsupportive surroundings as fate?,
that though, unwillingly accepted, have worsened many unfortunate faces,
So, why only man blamed & held responsible?, my mate!,
for all these killings & various brutal cases.
So why only to blame us for all these cases?
We often derive strength & inspiration from this vibrant nature,
acts as a vital component in sustaining our life styles,
but, what about the other side of its incredible stature?,
that devastates every dream across thousands of miles,
without a slightest concern of miseries & cries of this creature.
Man’s accepted all the nature’s benefits,
& now he’ll accept all of nature’s challenging outfits,
but he’ll still comfort himself,
coz, he’s a man,
& will work as much as he can,
to embrace the bereaved,
in every possible way, until they are relieved,
coz, he’s a man.
In sympathy if he’s ready to embrace,
then why ready to destroy in disgrace?,
coz, there’s a variation,
in his overall creation,
since, he’s a part of this imperfect environment,
coz, if roof’s low, you’ve got to bent,
So, why to blame man for problems with different bases?,
So why to blame man for all of these inhumane cases?,
So if nature’s imperfect,
Why to expect man to be perfect?

Akhil Nagar Poem
“She” was his only passion,
used to make love for long session!
He could see,
& he could understand,
that his life was drifted to a no-man’s land!
by that girl,
whom he thought, could bring turnaround,
coz in the company of her,
blissful ecstasy he had found,
but how he could imagine,
about the shackles that had him bound!
now he sees at the cage,
& thinks about the free dove,
thinks about peace & freedom,
& looks inside for his broken heart,
that realizes him of his blinded love,
His love was a blinded love!
Sees around here & there,
Prayin’ for her to appear!
Just to settle the scores with her,
Make her notice of his anxiousness & distress,
that she ceases to bother!
now he sees at the cage,
& thinks about the free dove,
the dove has flown & settled,
he’s here,
nursin’ his broken heart pale & rattled!
ever thinks of the moments with the woman,
out of shear insanity calls himself a fool,``
coz during the unfavorable times that he witnessed,
even his wisdom had been deceived & failed to rule!
now he’s alone,
with no one around & above,
& he realizes of his blinded love!
His love was a blinded love!
His love was a blinded love!

Akhil Nagar Poem
We are not sure what future’s gonna offer,
& we keep on enjoying the sweetness of life,
because the human nature teaches us to go without any bother,
but there is a sense of urgency deep inside our souls,
Are we living with peace or barely surviving unfortunate black holes?
There’s always been no respite from man’s cruel deeds,
that keep on taking fatal shapes inside his dangerous mind,
due to all these brutality that he breeds,
we are no longer the only “species of our kind”.
Even the nature’s too on fire,
but the flames are no longer of warmth & brightness,
it has turned destroyer killing our hopes & desire,
by showering horrors of havoc than fruits of kindness.
Therefore, there’s a serious threat,
that rattles our souls deep inside,
Are we going to sail through or get ripped by this tide?

Akhil Nagar Poem
They say in our dreams we see not world is, but what can be,
Often in my dreams comes a lady hard to comprehend who she would be.
Neither she belongs to today’s world, nor does she hail from history,
The identification of her still remains a mystery.
I spend time with her when fast asleep,
It seems like she’s making her way into my heart very very deep.
Viewing her beauty, charm, fragrance, & affection,
I get refreshed forgetting all the anxiety & depression,
& get elevated from virtual helm to charismatic heaven.
Her enigmatic appearance leaves me spellbound,
By nesting a ‘Queen’ in my heart, I feel crowned.
Blue starry eyes, bright face, black hair dressed in absolutely white,
Complemented by dramatic dreamland forming a background, enhance the
enigmatic sight.
Laden with gold, diamond all around tied,
Speak about her elegance personified.
When I get up, there’s nothing around me fantasy white,
But her appearances in my dreams keep me fine & right.

Akhil Nagar Poem
Changing times have led to change in perception,
Today what we appreciate, tomorrow might not appeal to our imagination,
And, if we claim to have such a progressive body & mind,
Why to safeguard irrational ideologies that turn us insane & blind ?
The deep influx of inoblivious practices,
Firmly dominate the thinking tanks of masses across many third world abodes,
Have reduced the thinking of society to complex lattices,
Bringing the modern logic & irrational faiths at crossroads.
No wonder why faith & logic are belligerent,
The bases of their formation are very different,
If the basis of logic’s evolution is scientific methodology,
The other is backed by irrational ideology,
One speaks of understanding and applying our own potentials,
The other promotes believing in unreal credentials.
For all of us who believe in changing the world,
The logic is not mere an attitude or perception,
It provides trustworthy & befitting solution,
To all problems that emerge out of our inhumane action.
For the time runnin’ & that’s to come,
The perceptions will change for many & remain intact for some,
There will be minds who’ll prefer following logical trends,
& there will be others who’ll eagerly join blind faiths’ hands,
The choice is simply ours!,
Whether following the blind faiths prevalent in older times is justifiable?,
That , in modern times, sooner or later gonna leave us unable!
