Charles Mulaga Poem
It will always be there
For it belongs to the heart
And if it's there-it will be there
Even when alone
In the room
In the play ground
In a crowd,mob
It will always be there
Discipline can be instilled
To a crawling soul
Can be learned
From Mama,Papa
Sister,Sibling
Discipline develops gradually
And if it is there , it will be there
Discipline isn't always decorum
At funerals,rituals
It is not always found
At graduation ceremonies
Farewell dinners
Last suppers
Popular demonstrations
Discipline belongs to the heart
Even when alone
It will be there-if it is there

Charles Mulaga Poem
The heart speaks and
Listen when all's lost
It has its own language
When all's lost-when it's over
When it's overwhelming
The heart speaks
It speaks at last
It finally makes a point
Final decision,conviction
worries,misgivings
It speaks through
Body screams,chills
Overriding the mind
The heart speaks
When the mind's undecided
When the head's hoping
When the spirit perseveres
The heart then speaks
With chills!chills! more chills
The heart speaks

Charles Mulaga Poem
He has been waiting
But the one who comes out
Comes out,crying for him
Is ideal-is the ideal one
He's still waiting
It's a moment of watch out
Watch out-watching for real
Real gestures-real
Real spirit-of virtue
He's still waiting
He's waiting for genuine
Genuine partner
Genuine emotions
Genuine sentiments
Genuine signs-he's waiting
He's waiting -waiting for love
Not maternal love
Not paternal love
Not sibling love
Not casual love
He's waiting for marriage bound love
He's waiting-still waiting
But the one who comes out first
Crying for him
Hugging him-is genuine
He's waiting
