To Thong In Public...

To wear a thong in public...
Not much chance of that...
Unless your the type...
That gets invited back...
For unlike the summer months...
What's there to show...
I myself...put it on the shelf...
As like most you know...
To thong in public...
That's a life time ago...
A little more to hide...
Even in summer time...
To wear a thong in public...
Not much chance of that...

Where Do We Fit...

It seems that woman need to be something...
Us man...well where do we fit in...
By our self...are we a stock to be looked into...
Like brains...looks...working capital...
How do they...look at us...
After all the love is gone...
You know...the crazy side of hooking up...
Does this have a starting time...
Are the woman under pressure...
Who are we...some trophy hunters dream...
The scarry thing is...what about us left overs...
Where do we fit in...
We're the ones who watch the others...
The ones we wished we were but we're glad we're not...
Don't you worry we're still in the biggest fishing hole...
Waiting our turn to get caught...
Just like a catch and release...
We have our own brand of bait...
What ever that is...
We don't even know...
But the woman think they do...
Don't you...

The Tinder Box...

The tinder box...what little can be spent...
Fueled by it over use...nothing remains...
Nothing...empty to carry on...
The over worked...conditions...
Years of honest labour...
Can life...not remain inside...
Looking at the hits...and marks...
As good as others...Why...
Why is it being put aside...
To old...its still good...
The fuel it use to fire...
Is all around...if not...
It will rest untill some is found...
The tinder box...the one sitting around...

As the Cowboy's Ride...

As the cowboy rides...
The sun at his side...
The scarf given too...
Him by a girl he knew...
As the cowboy rides...
What warms his inside...
The girl he's left to do...
The range under the stars...
As the cowboy rides...
What brother's do...
Lead and drive...
The great herds outside...
As the cowboy rides...

From the Barn Yard...

From the barn yard to the kitchen table...
How many hands has passed through...
To get to the kitchen...and into you...
From start to finish...I wonder if anyone counted this...
Or if hands rarely are involved at all...
For in the age of machine...what pucks...
Picks...shakes...Rolls...cleans...right to your door...
Not many hands...that's for sure...
Imagine that...from the bard yard...to the store...
Your hands are the last...to touch...this one...
Or are you sure...kids about...how about the other...
Have their hands helped...to add to the taste...
Well it's on the table now...not on the floor...
From the barn yard to the kitchen table...
What more can you ask for...

To Harm That Egg...

To harm that egg...just to crack it...
To open...to see...past the shell...
What memories...what meals...
What was lost...what is born...
To think of how to fix...the trouble...
How many left...to use...
And if any...can there be more...
The cost...the distance...
And if available...when...
Just to crack that egg...
Morning,Afternoon and into the night...
How many have slipped past your hands...
What dreams...can be made...
Can you really cook...
That is the first thing that would be said...
And to think of this the night before...
To busy...you know...
I'll get it in the morning...Or...
That no trouble at all...
Everything was perfect...
Except there no harm done to the eggs...
Just a memories...nothing...
You haven't been paid...

Kids and Bells...

If the bells of Cristmass ring in your town...
How late do you stay...waiting around...
For the snow is falling...and kids are calling...
All waiting for Cristmass to come...
For all through out this land...Cristmass is at hand...
You can hear the calling...till the morning...
Even in your sleep...
Now and then...Santa wins...
He comes into your world...
For if you think...what guilds him to...
The night we make for him...
As he worked all year...for Cristmass cheer...
As he fills the trees...each and ever year...
The kids know...as it goes...
The bells give in to his calling...

From the Bottom of My Heart...

From the bottom of my heart...
What yields to give you to me...
Are you aware that I wait under the tree...
Our names have been cut...So long ago...
Our ways have changed...
But my heart...the beat strong...
I wait still this day...even this long...
Just as I dreamed of the days our hands joined...
And we walked to this spot...this tree...
For no longer young...it has grown...
But names have stayed...ours and others...
I wonder if you have another...
For ours are surrounded by strangers to me...
Do they think the same...none has been cut...
All have remained...All starting with...
From the bottom of my heart...

A Strange Member...

Welcome...strange member...
I see the days have faired...well...
You have nothing to worry...
I myself have past into membership also...
Strange indeed...so many...have crossed...
I see that you are from the provinces...
Must feel good to not to have so much baggage...
This crossing for me is my last...
For another is to take my place...
My the memberships have changed so much...
New faces...old olds never have I seen so many...
Like friends...you are in good hands...
So you to are on your last crossing...
Where are you heading too...the unknown...
I have saved up to do the same...
A little travel...see what's happening...
Maybe see who is who...
Like you...a distance is looked at in time...
So my time is just starting...
Have a nice trip...strange member

Holding a Sporting Event...

And as if...you could stand naked in front of others...
Do to all the laws...it better be important...
So this crazy thought of standing naked...any clues...
Something you missed growing up...seen something in a yard sale...
All this time...now nature calls...
If it comes down to it...how many can you get to join you...
Then you could get into the law books...how about doing a sporting event...
If your under twenty-five...it'll be new...
But the over forty crowd...is use to it...
It's nothing to see it all...It's the thrill...
Or is something more...how about a dare...
Would you dare...to show it all...
Let the world see what you've got...crazy this is not...
For to get passed the security and remove all...
That takes knowing how long the law will take to get to you...
So it important to know the law and when to run...
The second best part is how many will join you...
That just like holding a sporting event...
