Inspiration

Inspiration
scattered in abundance of dissapointments
births demons to our lives.
A happiness we cannot give
but want so much in return at times.
The last leaf of autumn
Is not without redemption.
But a subtle invitation.
A process of perfection.
It does not live a lie.
Wounded warriors
today embrace uncertainty!
The soul cannot be decimated.
Nor is there a tragedy
that goes uncompensated.
Dont settle for what you want to hear..
The truth is in you.
And it is so much more beautiful.

Moving On

I tend to leave a lot of things unfinished
like half the pages in my notebook
either losing interest or simply having the need
to do something else with the intention of coming back to it
but it seldomly happens
no need to continue what i felt yesterday
if today brings me new ideas i would like to explore those instead
but sometimes i do wonder how half these pages could have ended..

Blessing In Disguize

you had to get to know her
never could you tell her
never could you show
what she didn't know

she could tell the truth from your petty little lies
one look and you'd be through from her piercing hazel eyes
you could try to run but you could never hide
from the beauty of her soul she was ominous in mind

she had a curse within a blessing that you could not conceive
you would wish to take her burden just so she could feel relief
she would see to it your paradigms would shift as you perceive
she would have you wishing every day an ounce of her you could receive

she could make you smile by merely seeing her face
and if you held her in your arms you would simply be amazed
you would miss as you had never while she was away
as you closed your eyes saw her face music would start to play

she could freeze you in the moment with a voice sent down from heaven
a voice that drew so many tears from any man who dared to feel
she would be twelve steps ahead of you at any time at any place
realizing whats at stake you would trip yourself within this race

eventually the time would come to let her go so she could grow
you would leave with countless lessons this she wouldn't know
peace would thrive and what you gained and lost would change your life
for she is a gift from heaven a blessing in disguize
