The sun desends behind the trees
so big and bright an full of bees Another day has come to it's end
to say goodnight to all that lend
a cheerful greeting to each day
Thanking God for letting us stay
in this place right here in time
to enjoy the heavenly sights
behind the hills and over the valley
days at rest it's time to rally
the children, animals into their places
say goodnight to all those faces
Time to rest call it a day
tomorrow's coming hours away,,,,,,goodnight

Sun rays shiney window bright
Another day, another night
Feeling restless, feeling blue
knowing my heart misses you
Eating at a table set for one
Being alone is not much fun
This will have to be my life
cause I can't stop being your wife
Each day I'm told will get much easier
Time heals all but not this soul
Looking for a new tomorrow
to change this hurt and heal this sorrow
