From One Soul To Another

From one soul to another,
"What's going on with this race?"
Accusing, abusing, a constint smack in the face

From one soul to another,
"What's wrong with this planet Earth?"
Feeling so out of place here since the moment of my birh

From one soul to another,
"How can all this be?"
Money, fame and fortune such a "priority

From one soul to another,
"We were placed here with a path to follow"
Though it can be hard at times,
so many so cold and hollow

From one soul to another,
"Surely there is something we can do"

......Simply look inside your self and to yourself be true

The Witching Hour

The witching hour draws near, as the village below lies at rest,
It's only my opinion but this hour is the best

Witches and warlocks come out to play
Useing only the moonlight to make their way

Spells are cast, witches brew
and one lil' witch trying something new

By her cauldron, Hot in the fire
Final touches are added;
Her heart's desire

Around the cauldron she begins to dance and sing
Other soon join her and do the same thing

She begins to chant,
others still dance by her flame
"Oh GREAT ONE," she cries,
"I shall call you by name"

"Oh goddess of earth, fire, water and air
give me a sign, let me know you are there"

A gust of wind sweeps through the forrest,
out almost goes the flame
Then the strange wind gone again,
as oddly as it had came

The other stood in silence,
some dazed and confused
Other were excited,
some amazed and amused

The lil' witch stood only with a smile,
quite confident of her power;
"That's what happens" she said smugley
"When your with me in the witching hour!"

The Ocean

An ocean to the left of me;
As I walk down this dirt road

A place I've never seen before;
Some how , yet I know

Trees, they line the enbankment,
giving this path a shade

The serenity that I feel in this place,
is one I would not trade

Ahead and to theright,
a waterfall does glisten

I stop my journy for a moment,
just to stand and listen

The water falls so freely;
Streaks of sun shines through the trees

The feeling of mist upon my face,
making me feel so free

Flowers of all colors surround me;
As I sit on this bench made of stone

The only sound, the water falling
and I know I am totally alone

Feeling the breeze upon my face,
remembering why I love this place so

Many places left to explore now,
I stand,
It's time to go

Back on the path,in which way I came;
Going to my next destination

Taking my time, to take all this in;
For here, there's no worry or frustration

Looking back down at my ocean;
So far down and so alive

Knowing I will return here,
I take a deep breath and dive

Voices

Voices in my head are spinning
All my actions considered sinning
Wishing at times I could start back at the begging
Looking to the future;
See no way of winning

Trying to listen to what they say
Useing only instict to make my way
No one to listen;
Yet plenty to say

Searching deep down
The good times and bad
Tellin myself
Life isn't that bad

Knowing all my choices could not have been wrong
Others around me
Still I feel so alone
Looking back at my life
Wondering where it has gone
29 years,
not seeming that long

Searching and searching
For the source of my pain
Knowing for sure I am not quiet sane
Why I am here is not yet plain
Knowing there has to be something to gain

Scaring myself with the things that I "know"
Living in this body with such an old soul
Dealing with this " sickness" is taking it's toll
Waiting for my turn feel I've lost my roll

Standing on the sideline as this life passes me by
Fearing the day when it is my turn to die

I Alone

In the darkness of my mind,
my world is dark and grey

A world of solitude;
there is only I;
All others must stay away

The Call

The wind blows strong and heavy;
A chill out tonight there must be
Fire places burning, the smell of dried leaves;
A scent of Autum in the breeze

I step outside to take a look around,
the world around me lies silent;
Not making a sound

In the distance,
the trees stand dark and tall;
The shadows from the moon light
not seeming real at all

A breeze blows swiftly past me,
making me chill to the bone;
I smile at this feeling,
 as I stand here alone

The fog, it moves in slowly;
The trees, they sway in the wind
I take a last look around at this place,
not wanting to leave this "zen"

But I must come now out of my dreamland;
Back to my "reality";
I turn for I must go not,
the "piper", he calls for me

Time

Time goes by so quickly it seems,
Night and day mixed in with dreams

Wondering what this life is for;
Trying to find the reason
Taking life as it comes,
Keeping distance from all treason

Having to stay patient;
A game I hate to play
Knowing I'll serve my purpose
on my choosen day

What I am meant to accomplish,
only time will tell
but when my train comes in for me
I know I will prevail

Dimension 7793

As I sit here and think;
My thoughts seem scattered, shattered, to twisted to even matter

I am floating back down to reality;
For I have flown for to long
Now, back here on earth, things seem tainted
Some how a bit  "wrong"

My heart, still beating rapid;
My breathing, getting harder as I go;
My pupils son enlarged now,
no further can they even grow

My mouth, not as dry as it should be
but my teeth are starting to grid
And I'm slipping into this altered state
where I can't control my mind

Sleep is not an option,
even if I wanted it to be
So I just sit here wide-eyed and spacey
Quite used to being this "me"

Don's Eye's

In my world of lonliness
 I never thought I'd see,
another human on this earth
with the same emptiness as me

deep inside your pale blue eyes;
I see a soul so pure
Trapped inside a body and life
that has tainted you for sure

I'd love to make you happy;
I'd love to help you see;
That the way to fill your emptiness,
is to put your trust in me

Darkness

Lying in the darkness and the silence of my room,
sorting out unwanted thoughts stored within my tomb

Subconsciouly awakened;
While consciously I rest
Digging for information;
Putting myself to the test

Don't know what I'm looking for
but still I think I'll find it
Pushing forward toward my goal,
No hesitation binds it

Walking down that dirt road........
......Looking out at my ocean
