Karishma Jaisingh Poem
What do I appear to you
A shiny doll with no aims
A life that has seen no pains _
You think you know me
Very few are the ones that understand me_
I ask thee for MY LIFE to live
Do away with the societal norms and the cliff_
One day will come when all this will be over
I wanna be among the ones who says - Man this was worth the rover_
I feel strangled by your over protective norm
Like I have already wasted the quarter of this life form_
One way you say you understand
Unfortunately what expressed was just your controlling hand_
The laughs that you make, the examples you pose
Are the taunts that PIERCE deep like a watering hose_
Every passing day seems a waste
What did I live all this while was just a haste_
Friends I have/had are the ones I can call Mine
You disapprove of even them framing malign_
I don’t think I can live “how YOU expect”
My LIMITS are overpowering this EXTENDING conflict_
Fear gropes me thinking about the next day
A feisty dark shadow consumes the benevolence away_
I don’t want to pretend I don’t want to sway
Before I have the next generation to my array_
LET ME BE -- PLEASE LET ME BE
I am not you neither I want to be
With my phantoms of self-discovery, of improvement and foul-play I seek to
survive
It gets too hard I try to be alive_
CHOKED is the feeling I get everytime with thee
Spread my wings and fly, I wanna be responsible for my own rupee.

Karishma Jaisingh Poem
Just a thought arrived
Wandering through a place unravelled
Ushering to fill it with a musical note
When my heart seeks you my joy soars high
Oh what does my God pry ?
As for the tremors that we face all our lives
Fret not my friend
I promise to behold you in your times of vain and cheer with you in your times of sane
A world has to be created again to seperate us from the strong knot
that holds as strong as a pine tree wanting to collapse but stands tall spreading shade and warmth to those gone by.....

Karishma Jaisingh Poem
Little is what you ask for
Abundant is what you get.
Do I see it with my own eyes
Or is it a luring mirage suspect?
Framing your thoughts to suit the world
Throwing a binge at your real averse.
Life grants you every little thing in pieces
For me its now, for you it soon releases.
And till you get happy with your share being full,
There you’ll go till deep bruises pull.
Then I would get justice.
What begets you is your own ‘shinny’ reflexes.
Happy my days till then I’ll pass
Doing my part of analysis,
Featuring you in Future Metamorphosis.

Karishma Jaisingh Poem
Set me free
Is it more to ask for?
I breathe to live
I eat to survive
I spend the day doing all the above myself...
Then why do I need someone to control my actions?
Why this irony ??
Set me free
Is it more to ask for?
I'm a cactus in the dark
I'm a fish in a dry well
I'm a mismatch to the plot....
A chance I deserve to know myself_
Time that I need to spend with myself_
At a place where I'm not questioned
But be a boss of my own_
Live with the people that are my favourite....
Set me free
Is it more to ask for?
No clue what coming years have instore
People closest have moved far more.
Opportunity I was done away with,
To show my love to them
Their value to me.
Pray for a miracle to happen_
Where I live a real world that now, seems a fantasy.
Live a life that looks rookie from far,
But really is rosy....
Coz I will be with my people.....My happy world !
Set me free
Is it seriously more to ask for ???........
