Imploding Decimation

When all is said and done
the dust begins to settle
and all the pieces standing
are forced back into mellow

The melancholic return
in oblivious absense
monotony abounds
and still nothing happens

A fercent felt desire
a yearning for some depth
Unsheathing of mine eyes
reveals there's nothing left

Inconsistent surging swells
of pent up cooperation
man made soul a super nova
an imploding decimation

Confict

My sanity is at the tip of my tongue
if I could only remember how it went
I search my files and catalogs
but it's wasted energy spent

No useless knowledge of any sort
or witty comment made
no brilliant remark or clever retort
no sarcastic words to trade

No puns, no jokes or riddles
no intellectual interaction
Nothing in the entire world
will give me satisfaction

My mind divides now as it were
my new identities born
one who is too scared to share
the other one filled with scorn

And one pathetic whimperer
feeling sorry for herself
is crushed under the demoness
who says ther's nothing else

Too much conflict of myself
I can't sort it out
All these voices loudly screeching
In essence, I am doubt

Stay

Drifting into oblivion
loosing all that's true
I'm delving in the darkness
But I cannot reach you

"No help for me," you say
As the light fades more from your eyes
"It's time to sink some more," say you
"It's myself whom I despise"

"Please don't go," I cry, I beg
Still grasping for your hand
Your aura's dull, your eyes are closed
Too far gone to understand

Promise me you'll fight!
Stop falling further down
Please don't go, my friend
I can't stand to see you drown.

Come on, don't give up now
So much left for you to do
And should you ever need me
I'm always there for you.

Disastrous Situations

Throne of lunacy
tyrannical misbehavior
unseal your lids
view the fruits of your labor

a country corrupt
blind leading the blind
the fall of a nation
our fates all entwined

Political satisfaction
empowered a rising beast
the world sleeps unsuspecting
while sands roll in from the east

false label cunning kindness
truly clever manipulation
negligence of humantiy
creates disastrous situations

The Storm

Darkness, my lovely shroud of comfort
protecting me, while unveiling me
permitting my hollowness to swell
to rise, to be seen

A costume providing no cover at all
yet calling, so lulling
everyday for me if no one else
never failing, always present

I close my eyes and sink into your beauty
my abyss, my sweet surender
your calming nature is my soul's perfect pleasure
hold me, obey me

Envelop me in your arms
always, and eternity
I yearn for your gently kiss
tasteless, and I savor..

I gaze upon five billion stars
so many, all lonely
One pivotal point alone on the Earth
so blinding, yet fading

Fervently, I scream out into the night
two eyes unseeing
everything appears imperfectly clear
rippled, yet flawless

Emotions run rampant with great speed and time
anger and loathing and resentment and .....love?
memories attack like a thousand tidal waves
I'm drowning, who will save me

The wind tears full on my temple
and harshly, so kindly
I welcome the pain, the adrenaline rush
resounding right through me

Then....The Thunder!!-the sky answers back
I'm here, I am waiting
Bolts and flashes like visions of truth
I can't take it, I won't make it

A shower errupts, I peer to the sky
It stings, I embrace it
The water I fear, erodes my facade
I want to keep hiding----now the lightning

Epiphanies from old, come claw at my face
the pleasure, so degrading
The chaos inside grows with the storm
inviting, yet so smiting

I feel my will rise like howls in the breeze
come and get me, wont you take me
I am your puppet--I do what I please!!!
I love it, I can't stand it

More desolate now than ever before
the drops drenching, my heart wrenching
such immaculate pain, just reciting my name
fragile whisper--so diminish

Then stopped the rain

Alone once again......
