End of An Era

It's only the start now
...a road yet unknown
At times the whisper of other steps
...sometimes we walk alone

The best start of our lives
May at times cry in sorrow
But even on our deadliest days
The sun will shine tomorrow.

So we must do our best
Whatever time may bring
And look beyond the winter chill
To taste the breath of spring.

Into each life will come
A time to start anew
A new start for each heart
As lively as morning dew.

Though the responsibilities of life are great
And palms are bowed so low
The cyclone of time will leave behind
The beauty of a rainbow.

Time will never take away
Our chance to start anew
It's only the start now
So the beautiful dreams can still come true.

I Apologise

There's one ugly truth in present I've found?
While running east and west -?
The only souls we truly wound?
Are those we love the best.?
We please those we barely know,
?We satisfy the fading guest
?And deal full many a brainless blow
?To those who love us best.

Nikhil Chandwani Releases His Poetry Book Titled Ink'D With Love

The must awaited poetry book by a national awardee Nikhil Chandwani has finally been released. With high expectations and very high potential buyers due to his massive fan support, Nikhil finally released his poetry book titled Ink'd With Love.

There have been books on teenagers and there have been books on their emotions but somehow, these images are not of only one individual. Hence a new poetry book that is titled Ink'd With Love. It involves many romantic poems written by a national award winner, Nikhil Chandwani.. At every stage of the teenager’s life he or she faces deception, is cheated and the hurt refuses to go away. It is an interesting portrayal of the neo-adult life- where aspirations are on the high, the zeal to make a difference for oneself is acute- and still the mind is overlapped with childlike innocence ready to take the deadly plunge into the real mayhem of chaotic existence. What seems rosy attracts but the taste of reality is later bittersweet leaving a long lasting impact in the reader’s mind- giving him the chance to identity with the protagonist.

Much of the work comes across as poetic images, disjointed sentences… the stream of consciousness that pervades the young… they do so many things at the same time. They live their own lives and also lives of others around them. It affects them and yet they are unable to perceive the feelings as one whole. Some can take the hurt along with the accolades but some are unable to take the hurt. They suffer broken, disjointed lives and some are even forced to give up the struggle. This is the life of a teenager portrayed by one of the fastest rising author from India, Nikhil Chandwani.
This is his second book. First one of an international best seller

Nineteen year old Nikhil Chandwani is a prolific writer. He writes fictional stories for various magazines, newspapers and websites. He is a gifted lyricist, best selling author (I wrote your name in the sky) and a national award winning poet rolled into one. He is, at present, pursuing his engineering degree from VIT Vellore.

Ophanage

I visited an orphange
saw those little smiling faces
What happiness they had,
no one can tell
as behind that joy lied,
a different universe.
they knew no where they came from,
or they will go.
their home is their orphanage
and the love contributed on them
from the strict wardens
to every promising visitor
that comes to see them or pick
one of them.
Alas
they wait for their moment to arrive
to live in this wide world.
little do they know that they
would get more peace and joyful
in the orphanage than in this huge
painful and competitive world.

Wandering Alone

While wandering alone, with not anything to do
My mind became packed, with selfless feelings of you
Photographs scattered on the floor, eyes well up
Stuffs I could have said, stuffs I should have done

The language of words that make two as one

For This Instant of Time

For this very instant of time
I held reality within my hand
I read the meaning beneath the eyes
And just began to understand

So many feelings are still mysterious
For this very instant of time
Yet motionless I know. I'm not alone
The boundary is crusty, still not define

In this humanity just passing through
Another branch in the tree line
For this very instant of time
I hope my clouds will live as blue

And when the heart of life will forever pause
I'll still remember love so kind
In position of prayer on knees I crash
For this very instant of time
From this very instant of time!

Early Morning

Gently reach out for my hand
In the early morning light
Place your lips upon my own
Making everything alright.

Take my heart and hold it close
You have made it yours alone
Help me find my way again
Let me find where I belong.

I don't care what others say
I just need to understand
I don't want to hurt you darling
But right now I need a friend.

My memories are here for now
Even though you've gone away
Hopes and dreams will come again
Time will bring a better day

Killing Eyes

I want to record the echo
So all humanity can listen to
The notes of beauty
That have orchestrated just for me.
I want to take you to heaven.
Hold you tight against my chest
And make you listen to the
Adoring words
I have found in the
passion of your killing eyes.

Love and Hope

Love and hope
-Nikhil Chandwani
In the frosty of an ancient first light
That lazily lingers on;
Love, will give you hopes

In the middle of an intense storm
That trees you tattered and worn;
Love, will give you hopes

Even while your tears fall like rain
And your sour soul screams aloud
And you believe there’s not anything missing to gain
As you walk lost in a crowd…

Love, will give you hopes.

When your heart begins to break
And you think, “No more can I take,”
Love, will give you hopes..

When need outweighs your means
And you have not anything left but dreams;
Love, will give you hopes.

Even while your tears fall like rain
And your sour soul screams aloud
And you feel there’s not anything left to gain
As you walk lost in a crowd…

Love, will give you hopes
