Dave Reynolds Poem
God gave him 10. Attached to all he was. Some small, some large, some in between. Seems a big one got sick. Dr. tried to cure it. Some big toes arent very cooperative. This toe had other ideas. Dreams of being a bolo tie or keychain fob it had. They parted ways one day. My advice...dream big.

Dave Reynolds Poem
Phantom toe. Phantom toe. Where art thou? It used to be there. You still cause me pain but don't exist. A faint memory or a mystery....I ponder this at times. Seems 10 toed brothers refuse to understand the perplexity. Their loss. My loss.

Dave Reynolds Poem
Mother of the sea
Living, loving to be free.
Exploring, surfing a wave… together we shall enjoy each day
The wonders of the ocean will nurture.
Don’t forget my child, this life is a gift.
We only get one.

Dave Reynolds Poem
Had 6 she did. One at a time.
Worried about one…most of the time.
One had their own set of rules too.
Early on realized school was a bore.
Overnight a scouting uniform turned into a wetsuit.
It takes much longer to turn a wrench into a paintbrush.
Seems absconding normalcy is fun to do and watch.
A mother’s bewilderment turns to understanding.
