The Sweet

Candy its yummy
It tastes so good
When it enters my tummy
I will love to give some to robin hood

You can get cavities
But its worth eating
Cavities hurt so much you cant do activities
Then you start mistreating

Candy just melts slowly in mouth
Everytime you think about why it melts you get the chills
Then you think about heading to south
To go to Beverly hills

I've said this before
And now i'm going to explore

Motherland

Motherland
             Journeying into the unknown
             Journeying into a deep soil
Into a trunk, which has been uprooted and stripped of its branches
Removed from its natural soil and thrust in cold and bitter climate
             Of an unknown land

             Motherland
             We have come
             We have survived
We have come to embrace our motherland

             Motherland
Forgive me if I don’t understand
             Nor speak my mother tongue
For we have been away for too long
Forgive me if I don’t answer when you hail at my name

For the name mista smith gave me
Has a different tone, an unfamiliar beat
To the name you persistently call me with
Like a frightened mother who screams for her lost child
And only to hear the echoes of her own voice

           We were stolen
           Captured like hunted antelopes
Only this hunter had no love
We were herded of onto a boat
And shipped of to an unknown destination
A land that had no sunshine
A climate that was so cold it cracked my soft skin
And offered no shea butter to grease my cracked wounds

           Motherland
Forgive us if we do not bear our tribal marks
Forgive me if my hips do not move ceremoniously to the drumbeat
           For I’m of mixed breed
           Part British and Part Spanish

I am a descendant of a slave girl
A property that mista smith could enjoy a t his own convenience
A property that he could explore
Benefits of hips, and my upright breast
And the rhythmic of my waist-beads

           Motherland
           RAPE
           I heard you cry out
           RAPE
           I cried back

           Motherland
           I was your untouched child
But I became part of mista smith property
Part of his wealth and livestock
And a property cannot be raped

           Motherland
           Hush, do not weep
For we have survived, we have journeyed home

My Family

My family is like one big gigantic school
My dad is the headmaster, who is stable and keeps every running well
My mom is a teacher who its her duty to teach and correct everyone
My sister is like the new girl in school, whose its too shy to anything
My brother is like the cool kid in school, strong, has many friends and isn't afraid
to speak his mind
I'm like the youngest in school, small but with a strong mind, independent like a
single rose flower surviving in a little vase

Confessions of Teenage With a Broken Home

glass breaking, mom is crying
chaos everywhere
dad doesn't understand
nor do mom understand
they think fighting with each other its going help us in life
no
worse
its spoiling our future
i get up at 2am and sleep at 1am
cause mom and dad don't seem to get along
5 solid brothers who break very rule in the house
3 young sisters who crying its their motto
everyday my life its like in this big dark tunnel
cant go any farther cant turn back either
i'm just stuck in the middle
when its someone going to realize
i just cant take it
i cant
not again
i just want a break
a break from life
but there is none nothing
just me and my sorrow

Hate Her

Hate her
Hate her> (whisper)

School starts everyday
She keeps passing by me
Shoot her

I don’t know what to do
She’s my worst enemy
Hate her

Chorus:
             Hate her
             She’s my worst enemy
             Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
             Hate her
             She’s makes me feel sad

She keeps telling me everything
She seems soo friendly
Love her

I don’t know what she in mind
But I guess its something really mean
Hate her

Chorus:
            Hate her
            She’s my worst enemy
            Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
            Hate her
            She’s makes me feel sad

The week keeps passing by
She’s been nice to me all week long
Hug her

I think she’s really changed
That’s a good sign
Like her

Chorus:
            Hate her
            She’s my worst enemy
            Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
            Hate her
            She’s makes me feel sad

I don’t know it seems I can’t trust
She was my best friend but not anymore
Try hard
Oooooooooh

 Chorus:
            Hate her
            She’s my worst enemy
            Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
            Hate her
            She’s makes me feel sad

Chorus:
            Hate her
            She’s my worst enemy
            Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
            Hate her
            She’s makes me feel sad

Chorus:
            Hate her
            She’s my worst enemy
            Hate her
She keeps bugging me every time
            Hate her
            She’s makes me feel sad
            I just can stopppp

Friend

She appears really mean
But I guess she would change
Annoying people, making fun of them
That’s how she is

Everybody is mad at her
She’s rude and speaks offensive languages
She needs a friend
Who will it be?

Chorus:
             I don’t think it’s me
             I can’t face a rude girl
But I guess I’m her only hope
The girl who doesn’t go with the crowd
             And always been herself
